Called and ordered pizza, Andrew said delivery was 1/2 an hour and he would be delivering my pizza. An hour goes by, no pizza, Called the store 4 times, on the 4th time they finally answered. After waiting 15 minutes on hold, Andrew said he would be leaving soon. I said forget it, I’m on my way. Asked for my $10.00 tip back and they gave me my delivery fee back as well. I ordered a THICK CRUST PEPPERON PIZZAI AND BREADSTICKS. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. I only gave 3 stars on the food because I love their cheezy bread.

The last online order I made, they didn’t bother to read it. It was a larger order and they only delivered half of my order! I had to call and tell them they didn’t give me all of what I paid for. The delivery guy was nice and very apologetic.

Ordered at 5:36, don’t get our food until 7:56. Food was ice cold and not made correct. And the delivery driver called for us to meet her outside because it was raining. We didn’t think she was even going to get out of the car!!! Website will not allow you to leave feedback and they will just hang up on you if you try to call. Horrible place. Horrible food. Would give no stars if I could.

Always loved their cheesy bread and pizza. But they have changed the ranch to their brand and I absolutely despise it! It makes the cheesy bread taste bad and that used to be the best part! (eating it with the ranch). But that would be my only complaint. Otherwise, everything is amazing! Go back to the hidden valley ranch that you used to get! Lol

EDIT 6/1/2023: Down from 3 to 1 star. Don’t waste your time (unless you have a lot to spare!). No reason to keep trying, I’m done here. Marcos has good pizza but this location is a waste. Orders are never on time anymore, and not even close. I don’t even know why they or the online system give you a pickup time. Tonight they lost an order ahead of me, AFTER telling the guy to come back in 10 minutes. 10 more minutes later they still hadn’t started his remake. They told me “It’s in the oven, less than 10 minutes”, when I came to pick up. 20 minutes later, they admitted that my order had not been started, and rudely asked if I still wanted it, nearly an hour after I placed the order. Nope. To top off the fiasco, the manager on shift was very rude and combative with at least 6 different customers, all of whom were upset but behaving perfectly reasonably when they were given very poor service. I keep giving this place more chances when they screw up because I like the pizza, but it just keeps getting worse. I have no more time to waste for this though.

I am so disappointed. I’ve ordered from other locations and not encountered any issues. Today, I ordered online cause it wouldn’t let me login to my app. Anyhow, I was quoted 30 minutes (731p). I didn’t receive my order until 801p. I called 2x in between those times. The 1st time, someone hung up after me being on hold for 5 minutes. The 2nd time, I was on hold 15 minutes. The driver called to let me know she was finally here. My pizza wasn’t hot and the pop was warm. I ordered a small Deluxe pizza with light mushrooms. They literally put extra mushrooms on my pizza and light peppers and onions smh. I also ordered a Diet Pepsi…it was expired. I couldn’t figure out why it tasted flat until I looked at the expiration date… 06/19/23. Please do better Marco’s!

I ordered two pizzas from this store on Saturday evening and I and my toddler child’s stomach has been taking a beaten from the pizza I ordered from here. Idk what happened with the pizza or who’s making them but I wish I would have known before going here to order. My stomach has been doing somersaults Something is not right. This never happened before stomach cramps and all just awful.

I ordered 1 large pizza at 7:08pm online. I patiently wait 2.5 hours, at this point I know I’m not getting a pizza. I called this location to cancel my oder and I was placed on hold 4 times for a soild 10 minutes. Then on the “hold” music stopped, then it rang , rang and rang finally I was hung up on. Now i really dont want this pizza and I just want my money back. So I attempted to get someone on the second call , who was now able to cancel my order. Unfortunately no apology. I would not recommend this pizza shop due to the service.

Ordered dinner from my neighborhood ‘ on a Sunday evening. The food was prepared pretty quickly after placing my walk in order. I ordered a small cheese pizza with olives mushrooms and pineapple and 6pc Buffalo wings as well. Everything was fine. Good spot for lunch!
