They only allow people to pick up orders thru a drive thru window. Doors are locked. I waited in line at the drive thru for well over 15 minutes. The 1st car in line’s order was not ready so every car behind them had to wait. When I finally got my food it was cold. No word of apology or care from the staff. This will be my last visit. There are plenty of places to pick up pizza and subs from. No need to wait that long for cold sloppy food.

I ordered through Door Dash I had two items missing I contacted the driver first and they told me to call the store so I called the store and from the start of the conversation the general manager (Kathy) was very rude and disrespectful I asked is there a way for them to send out my missing items they told me no I shouldn’t have ordered through Door Dash it’s the drivers fault. DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH THROUGH THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL EVERYONE IN THIS SITUATION IS AT FAULT THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
