Ordered curbside. Got there, parked in front of the curb side sign, checked in that I was there by e-mail. Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then decided to call to make sure they knew I was there. I waited five minutes on hold, someone answered and then I immediately went back on the hold line. I decided to walk in (despite it being curb side order). I was very frustrated. Told the guy at the desk that I had been waiting for 15 minutes. He listened. I said I wanted a discount or to speak to a manager. He walked away not saying a word. I mentioned again that I needed to speak to a manager and he pointed to a young girl standing there, listening and not saying a WORD. I told her she needed to come to the counter to handle me, the customer. She did begrudgingly and with no apology. She said they no longer have the e-mail and that I have to call. I said I did and was on hold for 5 Minutes. She said they were busy and yet person after person walked out ahead of me with orders. You have time to take five seconds to walk an order out. My order had been sitting there the WHOLE time! Ridiculous ,unprofessional and upsetting. I plan to call corporate as well.

For cheaper pizza it’s great! I always order half pepperoni and sausage and the other half just cheese with garlic and Parmesan crust. Customer service is pretty good too!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received ! I work at a fire station on South Hawkins and have ordered pizza from here multiple times. Today we placed an order and they didn’t deliver when I called them an hour and half later they told us that they would not deliver to the fire station. I explained to them that we have ordered from here multiple times and they have delivered to us before. She told me that must have been a different manager and she won’t authorize the delivery! Horrible customer service and now there is a house full of hungry fireman who have to wait even longer to get somthing to eat… if you support your local fire dept do not support this business.

My first time ever having Marco’s Pizza and it was really good. It was easy to order online. It was made fast. The pizza tasted great. The wings and dippers were really good. It all hit the spot. Definitely going to order again.

We have been a long time Marco’s customer, ordering delivery from this location every few weeks for almost 10 years. Recently, the last few orders I placed were canceled hours before their closing time. 3 orders in a row, within 30 mins-1 hour of placing my order I get a call from the manager that ” their driver is done for the night”. Then most recently I placed an order at 6:15pm, and after no pizza still at 7:45pm, I call the shop to be hung up on by the girl who answered the phone when I questioned how much longer they expected my order to be. Very disappointed, this is by far my favorite pizza but unfortunately will need to start going elsewhere.

I loved Marcos and would always order it in stow, I was starving and was excited to order the big square pizza and a two litter well I open the box and it looked super dry and slightly burnt I ate a few pieces because I was very hungry but each slice was very bland and unappetizing. Definitely wouldn’t get this again after 3 slices I pushed it aside..

I am new to Akron area. Marcos was my go to pizza place in Cleveland. So on my way home I put in nearby Marco pizza they gave me one that was on N Hawkins I called and ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza on sale for $8.99 I picked it up it was ready and paid for it left got home 20 minutes later open the pizza box in there it was pepperoni and mushroom staring at me I was so disappointed. I won’t be going back here. She did not confirm back the order that I placed most places do nor did they say what order was when I picked it up. She just set it on the counter, I was really looking forward to that sausage.
