I order for delivery here all the time. I usually don’t have issues but today I placed a order at 10pm (they close at 11) I live 3mins from the location. My order was canceled at 10:13pm I didn’t under stand why I put my order in again and it was canceled again around 10:23pm. I then called they answered and stated they canceled it cause they were about to close. I asked for a manager and asked who I was speaking with. The lady on the phone questioned me on why I needed to know her name she then proceeded to say she was the manager. I asked is there a problem with me knowing your name I’m just trying to understand how the site say you close at 11 but your canceling orders at 10. She then told me her name was Aliyah and stated I can call back in the morning. If ordering here make your orders are placed around 9pm depending on who’s working.

Had a decently large order set up for a party and the gentleman who was working was great. I stopped in about an hour to an hour and a half before ny scheduled pick up and asked if it was possible to get it earlier. No big deal if not, I was already in the area for something else. Within about 20ish minutes he was finishing up my order without having to impact any other order. Food quality was good, cooked exactly as ordered and friendly service.

My boyfriend ordered our pizza on line. For delivery said it would be about 40 min no big deal. But almost 90min go by no delivery. So he called them took about 10 min for them to answer the phone. Asked about our order was told delivery was at least 2hr wait. So he said we’d pick it up. OK now it’s been over the 2hrs. She says it will be done in about 20 min. I go to pick it up. And they hadn’t even started it yet. Pizza over cooked and the brownies were raw on the inside. Not to mention all the chocolate sauce in the box. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again
