I would give zero stars but it won’t let me. They cancelled an order after it was purchased still haven’t got money back from it. They are rude and don’t care about their customers. Worst service ever I have called three time about the money going back into my sons acct and they keep blowing me off

We ordered two subs and one – a meatball – came with hardly any sauce or cheese. When I called, the guy on the phone told me he made it and “definitely put plenty of toppings on it.” Then he told me the GM was there and he wasn’t allowed to put on more than he did. I explained the sub was so dry, it was being thrown away, he reluctantly said “we’re really busy but I guess I could try to get a driver to bring another one.” Then gave me several more excuses about how busy they were. Definitely will never be ordering from there again.
