I have been ordering from the Dent Marcos for years and recently they switched their ordering format and now it says I am out of the delivery area when I am less than 10 minutes away. It also says that for the Glenway Marcos and that store is even closer to me. I can’t even leave a review for either store on their customer feedback section because the links for those stores do not work. I love their food but their new ordering and customer service is horrible. You will lose customers because of it

Recently tried Marco’s for the first time because I had been wanting to for quite awhile. I came away disappointed. The wait time was extended more than once and from order to delivery took well over an hour. The pizza arrived over-cooked and dry, even though I ordered extra sauce. I had heard good things about Marco’s but they clearly did not live up to expectations. I’ve had better pizzas from Little Caesars at half the price. What’s more, I completed their survey expressing my dissatisfaction and requested a follow-up and they never got back with me. All around a disappointing experience.

We get takeout here fairly often. Good pizza, but their sandwiches are killer too. Try the steak hoagie or steak-and-cheese. They frequently have good deals on their website, so order online.

Great pizza! It was ready very quickly (like 10-15 min) and everything was perfect. The employees are very nice and polite. We did curbside pickup and it was a very simple process. The pizza tastes great and everything was hot. They typically have great deals that you can find.

I live a stones throw from the location and I couldn’t ask for a better pizza place to be so close. They’re very fast cooking, it tastes great, prices are reasonable. Never had Marcos before moving here, but strongly recommend.
