Placed an order on July 3rd at 6:16pm online. The confirmation indicated the order would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called the store at 7:05pm to check on the status because my order has not not shown. The person that answered the phone explained that there were issues online delivery times which I can understand. She informed me that orders are taking around an hour and confirmed with me that the order should arrive in 15-20 minutes which was okay with me. At 7:41pm I called back because my order still had not arrived. I was informed that my order was out for delivery. I then asked what how long my order has been out of the oven and was informed 45 minutes.

Unbelievably bad experience. We ordered delivery and they said it would be about a half hour. We waited and waited and waited..Finally I called them and ask when we where getting our pizzas. The reply was “ I don’t know where it’s at” He should be there in five minutes. So we once again waited another 45 minutes. Finally got the pizza after one and a half hours and of course it was wrong. I called and told the young man and stated that I was on my way in to get the correct pizza, he hung up on me as if it was my fault. So I picked up the other pizza and get home, it was wrong. I just gave up and realized I was defeated, not only the wrong pizza but I had paid for pizza I didn’t eat and a 5.00 delivery fee for pizza I had to pick up. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. I can only say that if that continues you will see big out of business sign on the door.

In years past, I never used to have a problem with food and service from this store but the last two times I ordered from here quality and delivery times have been absolutely awful. I thought the last time i ordered might have been a fluke so I placed a delivery order tonight after working all day and not feeling like cooking…. ordering thru the app, delivery time was quoted for 30 minutes. I was almost ready to call about my order when 84 minutes later my order shows up….pizza and cheese bread were both cold and underdone the same as the last time I ordered from this store. I sit in the parking lot as I write this. The curbside pick up is not a curbside pick up. Instead of bringing your pizza out to you like the website and the signs out front promise. The associates inside will just stare at you as you sit in your car waiting for one of them to come and give you your pizza while checking out. Three people ahead of you. When I called to ask about how the curbside pick up works? The associate got confused and said yeah if you have take out then you just come in and get the pizza. Take out is curbside?

Calzone was horrible, small, allot of dough just not good at all. Had to keep checking in to get my curbside brought out while watching thru the window and people just walking around. No hats or hair nets being worn. Not impressed after giving them a shot for the first time in years. Very disappointing because they used to be good.

We ate dinner last week at this pizza place in Greenville(Marco’s) on a very busy night. The staff in this place was of the younger generation, but let me tell you, they ran it like a well oiled machine! They provided excellent customer service to all who walked in the door and our pizza was amazing. We had that pizza again this week, and just like before, we had great pizza and excellent customer service! They have a gluten free pizza crust and it is great.
