7-17-23- Sadly, this is my first and likely last visit to Marco’s. I phoned in a small pizza and told employee about my coupon. Read it to him over the phone. Told 30 minutes. Arrived and same guy left register to find a female employee who informed me my coupon was no good because they only accepted this coupon for teacher appreciation during one particular week. There was no expiration date on the coupon. So I cancelled the order. I imagine the employees enjoyed eating my pizza after I left.

The food is usually really good from here and do not normally have any issues but this visit was different, my order had been missed as I heard them discussing it while waiting but was told the driver accidently took my order, no big deal just tell me the truth. I ended up waiting 13 extra minutes and the pizza you could tell had been rushed and the dough was not completely done. A little disappointed with this visit.

I have ordered from this Marco’s Pizza location for the last few years with no issues. The pizzas are very good but the delivery times have grew considerably. I can put up with waiting on a good hot pizza but lately they have been cold to lukewarm at best every time they get to my house. That to me is unacceptable when the Marcos is only 0.9 miles away.

I’m not sure why some places like this Marcos Pizza on Smithville says they Close at 11pm and stop taking online orders at 10:30pm, if they are going to call you at 10:09pm after you paid for your online order and tell you they can’t fulfill your order and now I have to wait 3 business days to get my money back… what if that was the last of my money and I couldn’t get anything else…all because they don’t want to work the last hour they’re at work… if they don’t want to deliver after 10pm instead of 10:30pm, they should change their hours of operations…so annoyed and hungry…thanks Marcos for not doing your job

WE FOUND A METAL NUT IN OUR PIZZA, you can even see how it was cooked into the pizza. They tried to offer us a credit or re make the pizza, yeah no. After this I’m not eating here again and I would be very careful about eating here in the future.

Ordered a few things online and even after 2 hours of waiting it never showed up. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 2 hour and call to find out they haven’t even started the pizza so u have to end up canceling because of incompetence. Very unprofessional! Absolutely crazy
