This is the second time we ordered, first time was decent. This time, building had no outer lights, drive right past, employees were not very welcoming. Very disappointed in the appearance of our pizza, pizza bowl, and a lack customer service. Both were quite inedible. My husband tried calling, and was on hold until after 10 minutes then they hung up on him. I then attempted to reach them, and was on hold for over 8 minutes. We ended up ordering Domino’s with a better outcome.

Not at all happy with the service. I put my order in at 3:12 online. Said I didn’t need them until 5:00 pm. I get here at 5:00 and they said it wasn’t ready because they had to get a “deferred” order out and it had to be ready at a certain time. Well, so was my order. I ordered 4 pizzas and cheese bread for a slumber party and thought almost a 2 hour notice would be good enough. There are several other pizza places where I live with competitive prices I will be going there next time. Several people came in and deliveries were going out before we got our pizzas. Don’t tell me they all ordered their pizzas before we did. The cashier was very nice and gave us coupons, however, I was told something on our order got missed….but the entire order was not even made. It’s been 40 minutes and I am still waiting.

Have not had good service last few times we have ordered from them. Delivery has been way longer than they said it would. Was told 7:25 delivery and didn’t show up till after 8 and the food was no where near warm at all. I also had salad and got no dressing with it when I requested it. This is ridiculous and won’t be going back here again.

My wife and I picked up from here 2-3 times in 2022. Overall pizza was above average but not top tier. Better than Pizza Hut and definitely little Caesar’s… and on par or a touch better than my old friend papa John. Ingredients tasted fresh although could’ve used more seasoning. Very friendly staff each time we went. We got nice mailed coupons to come back a few times last year as well. And that isn’t even what brought us back! We came organically. I’ll keep you guys in mind more in 2023 and also expand my choices on your menu. Keep up the good work.

As a follow up: After a less than stellar experience we called the store yesterday and promptly got hung up on. Called back again to be told the store manager didn’t want to speak with us and that the poor team lead should handle it. Got an unsatisfactory outcome (credit will do literally nothing for us as I don’t plan on ever ordering from this location again). I completed the survey shortly after all of that and have received no response despite asking in the survey to be contacted.
