Horrible customer service. Highly unreliable delivery schedule. I don’t know how many times on any given day they say “oh no our delivery driver called in sick today”. Honestly, every delivery driver they have must have some type of immune deficiency syndrome to be calling out sick so frequently. If I was the owner of this restaurant and had an ounce of leadership, I would rein this problem in because it would be costing me a ton of money.

Food is alright. Pizza usually has a gel-line and overabudance of sauce even when ordered lite, but can still be tasty nonetheless.Biggest complaint is the non honoring of coupons. Store sends out coupons regulary and refuses to honor them, even though they are well before the expiration date. With how pricey Marcos is, its a shame that they wont honor their own coupons, either in store or online. Have already filed a complaint once, to no effect.

Every single time we order a barbecue chicken pizza WITHOUT bacon, we get bacon on it every single time. This last time that we ordered delivery they again added bacon. We called right away and they said they would send another. An hour and half later we still hadn’t got our pizza. We then called again and they acted like they had no idea about our first call and said that they would again send another pizza out. They guy on the phone was also rude. Two hours later and we STILL haven’t got our pizza.

This place is a rip-off! Make sure you check your pizza. They don’t know how to read an order. I customized my order and after I picked it up, I realized they missed several details of my order on my pizza. This is not the first time that they messed up my order. I am done with this place and I do not plan on returning. Go to East of Chicago, if you need to order pizza in the Leo area. Buyer beware!
