Horrible experience at this lambertville Marco’s. The pizza I got tasted like Little Caesars, tasted undercooked, the dough did not taste right. nothing like the Marcos in Sylvania or anywhere else in Toledo for that matter. My chief complaint though is the cinnamon bread I got was absolutely soaked and drenched in butter. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever ate, and not much of it. That’s just what would pour out with little effort, can’t imagine how much was soaked into the bread. I will not be back anytime soon and I’ll be telling all my family and friends to stay away from that horrible Marcos.

I ordered a pizza and told 40 to 50 minutes, I was ok with that. But then it was an hour and 1/2 and still no pizza. And the best they could do was offer me $10 off my next order. And that was after I drive up there and asked them to just make me a new pizza and they said only if I pay for it. And it would be another 30 minutes. I would have been much happier if they would have told me they just didn’t have enough staffing and asked me to come get it from the beginning. I understand employees are hard to come by right now. But please don’t tell customers you can do something if you cannot.

We ordered our pizza over the phone and were told 30-45 minutes after we ordered a second pizza, but when we picked it up it was almost room temperature on the bottom of them. Once outside, it seemed almost as if the two kids inside were mocking my step-mom, as the one with longer hair was doing almost a chicken dance as her back was turned.

Every time I called to try and order an extremely loud squealing grinding sound comes into the phone like the old fax tones and you can’t hear anything and order anything and it is extremely annoying. This has been going on for almost 3 years and Marcos has yet to fix the problem and it is 100% their phone because it happens to no one else except when I call them and everybody I know when they call them the same thing happens, SO ridiculous if they can’t fix this they shouldn’t get anybody’s business

I would give zero stars to this location if I could. Guest service last few months is horrible. But Tonight was the last straw, website says store closes at 12:30. At 10:50 ordered a pizza for delivery then get a call saying they can’t deliver because the driver cashed Out for the night, well there website said you have 10 mins to make a delivery order. You shouldn’t advertise a cut off time for delivery and then not honor it. A few weeks ago put wrong toppings on my sub and then said oh sorry I can give you a five $ credit. Where is the guest serve there??? I had to get him to refund my sub but even then didn’t want to. Like it was my fault! Done eating here and we were regulars. They need a new staff or retraining guest service.
