I usually have stellar service, but tonight was horrid. After I placed my order on the app, the restaurant called me to say they were out of salads. I asked if my 6″ sub could be made into a 12″, to which the girl said “yes” and immediately hung up on me. The sub was poorly assembled, improperly wrapped and they couldn’t bother to even put it in a bag; she just handed it to me and walked away to finish chatting with other staff. When I opened the wrap, much of the toppings were not in the sub, and there was a hair in it. My coworker advised me to throw the entire sub out.

The new website is awful which is why I didn’t give 5 stars, otherwise I love the food and my drivers! With the new site I lost my rewards and now I can’t just log in automatically. It makes me put in my address every time, pick the store, and then I get to put in my log in information. Also, now I can’t reorder my most recent items by clicking a button, I have to re-enter everything. And you can no longer track your order so I know when it left the store and can watch for the driver. Go back to the old website format…it was great and very easy to use.

I really wanted to give Marcos a higher rating. It is really good pizza. I recommend everyone try it at least a couple times. I didn’t find it to be great pizza. The highlight was the the sauce, toppings and location. It is located about a six minute drive from my house. The lowlight was the crust and what I perceived as lack of value.

They must have recently changed ingredients, lowest quality ham I’ve ever seen. Used to order every couple weeks for the past couple years but that ham wasn’t even ham… Dunno what it was, some weird franken meat. Can’t ever go back. (Plus the new website is horrible.)

The pizza was not as good as one I had before. Asked for garlic on crust but it came plain. The chicken had so much black pepper in the breading that it burn my mouth and had hear burn real bad. The Greek salad had wilted lettuce and no beets. Quality was far worse I’m especially for the price. Will not be getting pizza there again.
