This was our first time having marcos in probably 20years. We moved and it was not available to us. I ordered online and picked it up on my way home. The parking lot is weird and kinda tight but that’s not on them. Staff was very friendly and the pizza was good. We like the flavor crust option and it wasn’t overpowering. Will definitely be getting pizza here more often if they keep doing what they are doing.

I called the store because your rewards don’t work online a few days ago an employee was able to type it in and then when I called a few days later the woman she was a general manager gave me nothing but a hard time she was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. The new online ordering system does not work in the slightest, the “customer survey” option just brings you to the ordering page, so there’s no way to provide feedback. Why do I receive an email for curb side pick up stating to click a button to inform the staff that “I’m here” with make and model, color of vehicle if the staff won’t bring it out for curbside drop off?

Third time ordering. Good pizza. Never get delivery. Pizza was almost an hour late. Called in after the tracker said it was delivered and it wasn’t there. The person on the phone said that they were running a little behind. From how cold the pizza and the boxes were, I’m pretty sure they were delivered to the wrong address and picked back up. I was visiting Michigan on business, and was staying in a hotel for a week. Tonight I was tired of going out for dinner, and found many choices available for pizza on grub hub. I am extremely happy I ordered pizza from Marco’s Pizza. Their All Meat Pizza tasted wonderful! It had large chunks of sausage and pepperoni. The crust was deliciously chewy. I look forward to future business trips in the area so that I can order from them again.

Walked into store. Limited to 2 customers in store. Ordered 4 item, 2 meat, 2 veggies, 12 in, 8 slice for almost $16. Got abt $3 discount. Total cost almost $13. Could choose from 3 crust dressings. Wrkr said I could get all 3. No up charge. Very good flavor option. Marcos does not disappoint. More toppings than cheaper, typical; Dominos, Little Caesars or Hungry Howie. Pay a few $ more for a really good pizza.

Waited for 15 minutes just to be hung up on. Called back and was scolded by Jessica for how backed up they are for deliveries. I just wanted to place the order. Looks like a new pizza vendor like Cottage Inn or Pizza House will be our go to until this place’s ownership gets a clue.
