This location is trash! I’d highly recommend ordering pizza LITERALLY any where else. Frozen Kroger pizza is better and more consistent than it was tonight. Last week, they did great, tonight, they need to fire all their staff and start over. Between service (especially Katelyn, the “manager”) and food, I’ll never order from this hot mess again.

I’ve been waiting for this pizza all night long and they treated me so rude they gave me the wrong Pizza I ordered banana peppers not jalapeno peppers you can see on the pizza that they’re jalapenos and on the order they treated me right they wanted to give me a credit for tonight I was hungry now I don’t want no credit she was rude I’ll never go to Michael’s again I ordered so much pizza from them I would never go back and I’mma call the owners tomorrow talking about I said let me speak to somebody in charge she was I am the manager and she was rude didn’t offered me no solution this was the West Saginaw store Saturday April 30th 2022 believe me until all my friends on Facebook and everywhere not to order from this location ever! She hung up on me so I guess they stole my $23! For their mistake delivering a burnt pizza and with the wrong items on it so she makes me feel bad I don’t think so this isn’t over!

I was in Lansing with my youth group. On a last minute decision I stopped in Marco’s and ordered 17 medium pizzas, 3 gluten free, and to salads. This store was fantastic. They all worked as a team and got the pizzas done quickly. They also helped carry them out to my van. Thank you.

I order from marcos all the time probibly once a week and we have always gotten good service! Today our order was taking longer than usual so we called and the manager that answered is the nicest man I have ever encountered in a customer service situation! He was apologetic and handled the situation with a very positive attitude! Even though they are down to 1 driver and his day seems to be khaotic he remained postive and happy !

I have never met Marco but I feel like I am well like a cousin at this point based on the tasty pies coming out of this pizzafari. The flavor of sauce and cheese are predominant here, also most contain bread so just a heads up for the gluten folks. They make em hot but if you prefer chilled then no problem just allow to cool and refrigerate for the next day. The flavor is nice and I hope they keep up the good work.
