Paid 13+ dollars for a foot long sub got the Italian sub. It had about 2 slices of meat on it. Was the worse sub I’ve ever had and paid so much for. I thought they had messed up and accidentally given me a vegetarian sub until I saw the two pieces of meat. Never going back and wasting another 13+ dollars. The cashier had the nerve to ask me to leave a tip. When did the customer start having to pay people to make food? And wrong at that. Save your $$$$$ don’t go here

I’ve ordered lots of pizzas from this place. I live 2 blocks away lol. Can’t help but say I absolutely love their pizza I always order it specifically extra well done and very rarely am I disappointed. Always friendly staff and I love the smells that pour from the place! Definitely my favorite pizza?

MOST of the time everything is great. Unfortunately more than once (including last night) my order was a mess. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and green pepper and onion on RIGHT HALF. I received a pepperoni pizza with green pepper on half and onion on other half. Child with ASD was not happy to say the least. I ordered an Italian sub PLUS mayo and lettuce and didn’t get either one. At least they removed the banana peppers. Night before that they didn’t even have drivers. The only reason I ordered is because I had $10 coupon that was about to expire. I like their food, it’s good but whoever is making it isn’t following directions, or just doesn’t care.

Ordered one medium one topping , and two large specialty pizzas and jalapeno ranch cups , asked for well done.. 1 hour and 26 mins later received hard, * burnt pizza with very *little cheese, and no sauce for our brick hard crust…. literally, disgusting thanks.

Order the usual everytime except this time (only difference is added pineapple to one of the pizzas). Was told $57 and some change about 15- 20 minute wait. When we got there it was $80! My husband went into pick up and wasn’t aware it was 57 as usual. Also charging for a side of jalapeño ranch which 1 is free with each pizza. Unbelievable price hike in just minutes.

Paid 35 dollars for pizza and wings. Pizza arrives late and my pizza looked like someone tossed it around like a football. Call the place on hold for over 6 minutes and no one comes back to the phone. Finally speak to a manager…promised me a credit and a discount. Food was taken back up there and delivery man attempted to dropping my pizza. They remade my food and refused to provide me any compensation. WILL NEVER order from them again. I will drive to Clinton or Dundee in the future. Poor service and no care for customers.

Ordered a sub and a pizza and had a great experience. My girlfriend loved the sub and the pizza has been getting better and better at Marcos lately, super fresh and tasty plenty of toppings and good ones too. I ate the whole small pizza at once and didn’t regret it, at least not buying it. Maybe should have saved a few slices for the morning but YOLO great service and pizza
