Marco’s pizza boxes have a sticker on them that says “Love at first bite” How true it is. This may have been the best pizza I have ever tasted in Traverse City. The toppings were chunky, substantial and mouth watering.. The sauce was savory and flavorful . The crust was out of this world. The pizza was perfectly prepared. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. I highly recommend Marco’s and would gladly give them 10 stars if I could. Bravo!

Never have been disappointed with this place! The pizza is always exactly to how I order. Nice to finally have a pizza joint that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a large pizza, and it actually tastes great!! The website can be finicky at times, but that’s not this location’s fault.

Got a coupon and figured I’d try it out! Online ordering was easy and not more than a minute after I placed my order for delivery they called me to let me know they’re out of steak and asked if they could make me a different kind of pizza. Had to sign off again once it was delivered, but the pizza was tasty and filling. Cheese sticks were tasty and fluffy but not very cheesy. Would be down to try to Philly pizza once they get more steak

Stopped in and got a large deluxe. Pizza was great! New business so understand there’s a curve on certain things but my one complaint is having called twice and never getting through. First time at least five minutes second time three and a half. Wanted to try so just ended up stopping in. No wait at all. Something off with the phones other than that great pizza. Really good cold

I wanted to update my review. When I left my first review I gave Marco’s one star. We were very angry over the treatment we got with our second order. That review is below. We tried them one more time because their pizza is that good. But to be honest if it wasn’t that good we wouldn’t have tried them again. Since that “one more time” try we have ordered several times. We are in love with their pizza and their service has been amazing since. Their app works great for online orders, and tracking orders through the process. The only reason I am even leaving the old review on here is because they never tried to make our negative experience right. Other than that I fully endorse this business. It’s the best delivery pizza in our area, and their drivers are always great. I think our negative experience came from a growing business in their early growth. But it was still a rough pizza night in our house.

Been excited to try this place, unfortunately there were a couple flaws. Ordered pepperoni and pineapple pizza, got no pineapple. Ordered BBQ chicken wings and it was just plain chicken wings, had to provide my own BBQ as well. As for the BBQ chicken pizza, that seemed to have pizza sauce and BBQ sauce, making it kinda bland. Make sure you check your items you ordered.

By recommendation of reviews I had read, we ordered through the online site. Navigating the order prompts was a little tricky but I figured it out. We used one of the deal coupons however I didn’t take note of the coupon code so when I got to the end I didn’t have it to enter in. I just opened another window in my browser to go back to the beginning to find the code. On the main screen they show the current deals offered. Even though you click on the button to use the deal, you have to enter the specific code when you place the order.
