Called to order. Says it will be 30 minutes. Come in, wait for an additional 15 minutes (45 minutes). Never made the pizza. The GM for the local Marcos who is maybe 19 is working at the front and is the person who took the phone call. He appeared perplexed as to what to do, never once apologizing for the mistake. Only stated their system was old, using profanity to explain how bad their system is. The GM then took my order again and said they would make my pizza for free. I waited 30 minutes. No pizza. Found out that the GM left and walked out after they said they would get my pizza made. They never put my order in for now a second time. I go up to the counter. The two people working there said they had no record of the GM putting in my order, disclosed the management and ownership is a disaster. They then made my pizza and apologized. They had two people total working there on a Friday night. I waited 90 min from the time I called and first ordered the pizza to the time I got my pizza on the 3rd order. What a joke of a place. We have ordered from this place 3x and each time they screw up making the pizza. This experience was just crazy.

Pizza is great. One of my favorites. However, boneless chicken is an extremely poor value. Costs about double any other fast food restaurant and is at best average. 15 pieces is $14, and the nuggets are roughly 1-1.5″. I guess the moral of the story is don’t get chicken at a pizza joint?

Absolutely the most worst management staff ever!! Continuously delayed orders, wrong or incorrect deliveries, completely a waste of time and money, coupled with the fact that the staff is usually under the age of 18! At some point this place will be shut down by corporate due to the way its ran! As an employee, this place is horrible I would not recommend it to anyone!

A hidden gem of the Pizza industry! I lived in the West Des Moines area for years and failed to stumble upon Marco’s until recently visiting family. Nice menu selection. Delivery took a while, however it is worth the wait! Pizza came out hot and delicious for a competitive price as well!

My son and I came here for dinner. I was shocked at how large the salad was and the fact that it was obviously hand cut ingredients, not a bag dumped out into a bowl. The wings were amazing. my son’s bacon pizza came out subpar to the cook’s standard and we were given a free pizza. Mind you, we didn’t have an issue with the first one but they insisted on giving us another. This is our favorite pizza restaurant.

Bought an online deal and the Delivery driver tried to charge us $20 more dollars. It was under the hot deals and doesn’t mention anything about coupons. He tried to freak out about a coupon. Would like to talk to a manager or owner about this issue.
