I would pay more to get the old cheese blend back. Cheese is always burnt. Dough Super thin in middle yet somehow there is no crust. Subs and wings are good though. Does this photo look appetizing?

Ordered pizza at 5:24 was told would be ready at 6:10, got there at 6:15 was told it would be 15 mins. Came back 20 mins later still not ready left at 6:52. Cheesy bread was burned. Pizza had large bubbles and little cheese. Their were like 10 people waiting for pizzas 2 people came in and canceled cause their pizza wasn’t even being made at pick up time. Not sure why I tried again. This happened a month ago and the pizza was under cooked. Not sure if it’s new management. Used to love this location. I used to order and it would be ready in 15 mins and was every time. Gonna either go with papa Murphy’s or Casey’s both are right next door.

The individual employees I have interacted with are always friendly, and the pizza is decent for the price. But somehow, the delivery always takes about 40-50% longer than they say, the tracking of the driver almost never works, and they somehow forget a part of my order EVERY…SINGLE…TIME.

I think the thin crust is good and crispy. My wife likes the regular crust, but it seems slightly soggy to me. Service is good; employees are friendly. For the price, you get a decent pizza. This isn’t a gourmet pizza place. The website is slightly clunky. An user interface expert could improve the experience on the web site. Parking is easy. I don’t understand some of the terrible reviews. We never had what I would consider a bad experience.

First time ordering from this place. Guess I should have read the reviews 1st. I have a had frozen pizza that was better! What a joke! Told pizza would be ready in about 30 min. Arrived 45 minutes later and had not even been made yet! Came back 30 min later and was just coming out (10 more min.) The employees seemed to not care at all and were eating food while making orders. FYI…..that is a health code violation but your people don’t know that or they just don’t care? Good luck!
