Very pleased with my service! I arrived early and I knew that. Someone greeted us immediately even though they were cooking. Sarah helped all three of us immediately. While they were behind she was up front and honest which I appreciated. Honestly the pizza still didn’t take long either. She even gave us all coupons for the inconveniences and was very polite and curious the entire time. Couldn’t be happier with my service! I already know my pizza will be delicious! Thank you!

I ordered a pizza wings and a few sauces on the side this afternoon for lunch. I work from morning to night 6 days a week and forgot my lunch, I recently transferred to watertown and decided to try Marcos. I got a 9.99 special and wings and sauces on the side. I love dipping everything in nacho cheese so of course I ordered that. When I opened the box I was immediately disgusted. There was mold in the cheese cup that they sent out for delivery to me. Not to mention the mold was clearly visible through the top of the lid and was still sent to me to ear. IM SO THANKFUL I noticed it before actually eating it, before this food came I was starving I spent almost 30 dollars on the order alone and tipped the driver. I called to the SM and she was very apologetic and gave me a portion of my money back. I don’t trust to eat any of the food that was delivered to me. Won’t probably be back no need for a credit would have been good to get my money back.

Marcos is honestly the best pizza place in town. Their pizza is amazing as well as their wings. It’s on the pricier side, but it’s worth it! The thin crust is perfect if you like crispy pizza. 100% recommend it!

We order all the time at work and give them lots of business. Ordered sandwiches to home? Hot sub arrived ice cold. The manager sounded like she didn’t care. Gave me a credit for the coke sandwich and promptly hung up. I don’t think we will be ordering from here again.

Excellent Service! Shout out to Marcos Watertown tonight! Thank you for correcting a mistake and not trying to throw a credit our way. Missing one item and was immediately offered a drive out to replace. We all make mistakes, and now-a-days it’s way more common to get them and have horrible, rude responses. Tonight all the food was excellent, it actually looked like great care was taken to make it all instead of thrown together as most places seem to do. Really appreciate the great food and friendly service tonight! Keep it up Marcos team 😀
