Last night on August 3rd around 9 ish pm I ordered a single pizza online for delivery. I paid with card and waited the 63 minutes that the website said until my food would arrive, but when 10:15 came around there was nobody at my home. When I called the store at the time my food was supposed to be at my home THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE MY PIZZA MADE! So I asked why and apparently there was no delivery drivers but I still had the option to select delivery?!??! THEY WOULDN’T OF HAD MADE MY FOOD IF I HADN’T CALLED! They would of just taken my money without notifying me about anything. They had OVER AN HOUR to contact me about their mess up but I did not receive a call. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service! I paid a delivery service fee but there was no delivery and I had to go and retrieve it myself.

1st mistake ordering. I could taste onions, peppers even though my pizza was only ham, used a used cutter to cut it. Extra items, frostings were not included. My 14″ pizza again turned into 12″ because of the amount of crust, again where’s the sauce? Ordered chicken dippers, Definitely learned my lesson, gotta run get tums or something….smh.

The bread sticks were horrible. Looked like 2 inches thick . Wasn’t even sticks. It was a 2 inch thick pan of flat bread with a little garlic salt. Never get that again.

Tried to do the feedback through the app but it won’t let me. Just ordered 1 hr ago and got the food and i paid for 4 extra ranch dips, garlic dip, and jalapeno ranch dip and we did not get any of them. I want a reimbursement for next time on my account! I’ve never had any issues and love the pizza and cheesy bread and will continue to get there pizza because its the only good pizza in manitowoc county but i just want to be reimbursed for my extra dips i paid for.

I typically love their Pizza, but when I recently ordered for delivery my experience was awful. I called at 4, they informed me a driver wouldn’t be available until 5:15 I said that was fine. I then order 1 large 2 topping , and cheesy bread. They did not arrive at my residence until closer to 6, and The pizza was ice cold like they made it at 4 when I called then let it sit there?? I should of just burned $25.. Anyway awful experience, and I’ll never be back.

Waited over 2hr for delivery. Will never order from here again. When telling this to the deliver person he turned around and put the pizza in his car. Offered to pay and he said get away from me I will pepper spay you. The most frustrating thing is you could not check on your delivery. Phone just gave a message and hung up on you. could not even email anyone. Sorry to the delivery person. He was just trying to do his job. If he would have taken the payment he would have gotten a nice tip but turned around and would not talk.
