When I walked in for a pick up order, there was only 1 person in front of me. The whole process took about 15-20 min in total even though the person in front of me only ordered 1 thing . There was quite a few workers there some not in uniform but at least a few saw me. So when it was my turn all the workers what felt ignored me and went to the back. No one attended me, I waited . The girl who was not in uniform that went to the front that clearly saw me . Just started to talk to her friend that walked in . I was still ignored. Finally what felt like a long awhile to just pick up an order that i already paid for a guy came up and finally attended me . He seemed nice. It was just a negative experience, except the service when i finally got it was good. And the food was good. Just the felt of being ignored on purpose felt extremely negative.

I’ve been overly generous with my reviews in the past so I’m going to start toning that down and be perfectly honest here. Never had Marcos before so we tried it last night. It was Good value for the price, but I still prefer the flavors of dominos or papa johns more. What I did like was the dough was very soft and chewable, and the sauce was not overly spicy and giving me heartburn. However the pizza was extremely greasy and the pepperoni’s weren’t all that. Reminded me of gas station pizza if I’m perfectly honest. My boyfriend likes them more than I do. Lol. They had one guy working the store by himself and when asked if they needed help around the store said they didn’t have the budget for it. Even if he was a shift lead or manager I find that messed up to have a person working the store all by themself. Personally I’ll stick to dominos but we may go there to eat again sometime.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Two hours after online order was placed we called to find out where our food was. The guy on the phone said he tried to call us several times (no calls came in at all) to say they didn’t have a delivery driver then hung up on me. called back and asked him if he hung up on me and he said “oh I thought you were done talking”. I will never order from this place again. Absolute trash.

update 5/15/22…We decided to give us a place another try and were once again disappointed by the cleanliness and health related issues at this restaurant… told employees about paper towels stuffed in the toilet two or three of them looked in the bathroom and this is how they left it …see pics. June 2021….Pizza was delicious… giving 2 Stars only because girl with very long straight hair was helping put sauce and cheese on pizzas… without a hair net … every time she leaned over to grab toppings, her hair drooped down and came within an inch of our pizzas.

I normally order Pizza Hut but I might have to reconsider ordering from here more often. When I came in and walked up to the counter I was greeted with a huge smile by a girl named Jaedina ( or I hope that’s her name. It was on the receipt) who took my order. She was awesome til the very end. She even brought me my pizza to the table I was waiting at and opened the boxes to show me everything was how I ordered it. She made sure I was satisfied and the whole time with that great smile! That is customer service! The pizza smelled amazing and it was hot even when I got home. I love their cheesy bread the best. They even made me aware that they didn’t have my crust in my size pizza but the substitute was close enough. This is a great way to keep me coming back!

Only place I’ve found that will deliver to truckers at the flying J. Wings and cheesy bread were really good. Pizza was okay, there was an issue and the guy definitely made up for it! Took about 45 mins to get delivered after ordering.

Ordered XL gave us large. We sent It back and they cut it to give right amount of slices. Did not get what was paid for. No integrity.

My son and his friends ate your pizza on Sunday for dinner. They ordered 2 Lrg. Pepperoni pizzas. All 5 of them got food poison after. They all had bad diarrhea and threw up after throughout the night. They were all fine before that.

For offering gluten free, this place is actually not bad. I have had some interesting experiences with the regular crust pizza, but gluten free options are a huge plus. Since ordering here, the delivery times haven’t seemed to change, rather long for them to delivery a pizza which is normal now a days.
