A friend told me that they love this place so I gave them a try. The food was good, loved the options of the pizza topper seasonings. Pricing seemed comparable to the competition. The service and attitude of the night staff here really set it apart from the competition though. Many places late at night I feel like they are annoyed that I am there. Not at Marco’s Pizza in Collinsville though. I truly felt appreciated and the staff seems happy and friendly. I think I found my fav pizza place around town.

Ordered Marcos on the internet and I have to say the website isn’t the easiest thing to navigate and the store has offers that you can’t apply on the website. It’s says you can add a salad or cookie for $5.00 onto your order. It should say only if you don’t use a coupon code. The pizza is really good. The White Cheezy is my favorite. I also like the big salad but wish they would cut the meat and cheese up better. You literally have to pull every single piece of meat and cheese apart. It’s okay to do that with your family but if you are ordering for an office or something people wouldn’t like you man handling their salad.

Everything was fresh and hor ordered a pizza bowl that was very good other than it had been dumped on its side so all the toppings were on one side . I also ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese sub got no cheese on the sub at all and a measly three slices of ham I have.more onion than ham on the sandwich….

One of the best things about renting a video at Family Video was discovering the pizza at Marco’s. When I was driving, I saw this Marco’s in a stand-alone location, so I immediately had to stop. The pizza is still great, and I also ordered a pizza bowl. All the deliciousness of a Marco’s pizza without all the carbs of the crust!

i ordered wings, sandwich, and 2 sodas they get here and call me saying they forgot the soda and this is after i already waited an hour for the food so they went back to get the soda and when they came back to deliver everything they forgot to deliver the food so basically all i got was 2 sodas and 1 hour and a half later i finally got my food

Freaking LOVE their pizza!!! Try em if you haven’t already they’ll change your life!!! I’m a proud pizza connoisseur and they are the BEST around!!! I ordered a 6-in chicken club. It was good. My overall dining experience was” TERRIBLE “at best. A youngster behind the counter asked me to move to the other side of the store so he could mop. No matter where I was at in the store I would have been in his way. It made no sense for me to move from where I was at. Then he explained to me that, I needed to move so he could watch TV while he was working. Apparently Marco’s Pizza will hire lazy, self entitled children! I was 100% disappointed in the customer service, and treatment while I was in the store.( I WILL NOT RETURN) for this reason …

Usually, I really enjoy the pizza, wings, desert and everything. But on this visit I had to tell them about my prior visit. My pizza was over cooked. When I told them about my experience the Manager told me he would give me a credit if I called back the next day to remind him. I haven’t called but I had to make them aware of the issue. I think I will take a break for a couple months.
