People are sleeping on this pizza place. I see a lot people having bad experience. It sucks because mine have been good. The dough is light and not as dense as other places. The ingredients you can actually taste. Some places the toppings s and ingredients taste all the same. Suggestion: Go with the Pepperoni Magnifico

Picked up 2 orders this week for the Ellerbe Road location….customer service was terrible at best…I called and let the phone ring for at least 15 minutes and it was never answered. When I arrived I asked the workers if the phone was broke and they said no we are just short staffed..except my order was the only one on the counter and they were all sitting there. The pizza tasted great, but I would rather drive to the Jimmy Davis location, even though this one is literally less than 5 minutes from where I live.

On their 2nd day after opening, I visited the place with my daughter. We ordered two pizzas and a brownie. All of it was great. Crust is awesome and so is the cheese. I spoke with the owner and he tells me this is a franchise that originates from Ohio and there are over 1000 of the pizza restaurants throughout the USA. I highly recommend.

Won’t let you give zero stars. Ordered pizza online around 8:15 to be ready for pick up at 8:45 drove 25 miles to pick up only to be told they dont have anymore cheese to make pizzas and my money won’t be credited back 3 to 5 days. I dont believe I will ever order from them again. It will be Pizza Hut or Johnny’s.

Ordered my pizza the pepperoni magnifico well done and add onions at 7:48, said it would be ready at 7:56. I arrived at 8:05 and they tell me they messed up my pizza. Which was ok cause I wasn’t in a rush. Ten minutes later I go in to get the remake and it’s missing the old world pepperoni. So I go back in and instead of remaking it the staff argue for a few minutes about who made the pizza. Another customer said “just quit arguing and just remake his pizza”. When I finally get my pizza it’s not well done they didn’t put any of the parm or rosmean crust toppings. It’s was 8:40 when I finally left. Past couples times ive ordered they never make it correctly. This place used to be top notch but nows its just gone downhill and the employees act like they don’t take that job seriously. I’ll be taking my business to Jimmy Davis for now on.

My daughter who is a very loyal customer of your establishment. Ordered food for us yesterday and instead of 15 wings she only got 10 and a cold pizza. She call yesterday 1/22/23 and was left on hold for 20 minutes and when she call back today which is the biggest problem. The person that answered the phone was telling her the manager wasn’t there last night and my daughter told her that was fine but she still needs to speak to her. She put the phone down and someone made the comment she must be black and another said yes I can tell by her name and when she got back on the phone my daughter let her know that she heard everything they said. I’m not sure what a manager is there for if the manager can’t see about their customers need. It’s a shame because she has been a loyal customer to your establishment.
