Drink machine off or not working. Tea pots taken apart probably haven’t had anything in a while. No lids, no bags, no other customers. Dining room temperature set at 75 but says it’s 81 in dining room. Bathroom is cooler than dining room. A gas station would have been better to eat at. There’s an obvious reason nobody ever eats here. Carryout would probably be ok if it didn’t take 35 minutes to get home and eat cold food. Will never come back again

Usually love marcos but tonight was a complete train wreck. I ordered at 6:05 was told 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. At 7 I started calling but phone kept ringing and ringing then hanging up, so at 730 I go down there and the guy in there said he just got there and couldn’t find my order, he said the other driver left and he wasn’t sure what order was taken. At 745 I get a call and the kid on the phone said ” I guess it’s a good thing you didn’t pay yet then” and hung up on me. I ended up getting something else to eat. This is not good customer service.

Very very poor customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery. After a hour goes by no pizza no one answered the phone. I finally got an email saying my order was canceled. I finally got a manager on the phone this morning. She said she didn’t see my order at all in her system and my money would be refunded to my card in a few days. How can she tell me that if she doesn’t even see my order In the system. Very rude I’ll never do business with them again

We started coming here about two years ago because the food was consistently good and so was the help – Madison & the other fella. The last six months, however, the food has gone down hill and the help certainly has!! Today was the final straw – the crustless pizza bowl looked like a two year old prepared it. I asked for my money back. Nothing in/on it. Shocked! Pretty safe to assume the guys working there are eating the profits! NEVER any cheese, forks, lids etc and there hasn’t been in MONTHS! No excuse for this at all. Randy & I decided we won’t be back. Don’t ask us to fill out some form so you can “make it right”. Instead, try focusing your energy on getting your s*** together.

Marco’s has wonderful salads with super fresh ingredients–best in town. I love the Greek salad add double grilled chicken with fat free Italian! I also adore their thin-crust pizzas, and my order is always ready very quickly. This is hands-down the #1 pizza place to order carryout.
