Not only is this an amazing place to work, but the food is wonderful too. We work hard to make sure the food our customers order is hot and fresh. That’s not saying we don’t ever mess up. But that’s in all places. That’s how we learn and do better for the next time. We have new management right now and she has done an amazing job flipping this location to be better than it ever was before. If you haven’t tried us in a while, come back and try us again. Kim is fantastic! We have always enjoyed ordering from this Marco’s location and never have had any issues. There was a slight mix up with our order recently and we received the wrong one. I reached out the next day and spoke with Kim. She immediately resolved all issues! She provided our correct order fresh and ready right then. Exceeded any expectations and was so professional throughout the process. We will continue returning to this location because of service like that and, of course, the delicious food

Hot tasty food, better quality than dominos or papa johns and the prices are fair. Never had a single issue with an order being wrong, and the drivers have always been nice. Would recommend the old school pepperoni w/garlic crust, shout-out to the boneless chicken dippers and the chicken club sandwich.

I ordered a small pizza to go, was told 15 minutes and it would be ready, after 20 minutes of waiting he told me he would start making it now. This place is just awful, and terrible. It’s not hard I can understand it taking a few extra minutes but a extra 20 to 25 minutes is ridiculous. I highly recommend staying away from here if you value your time

I placed an order for delivery at 5:59 pm, the estimated time of delivery was 7:08. I waited until 7:34 to call and check in on my order and it was not even out of the oven yet. The person I talked to said once it is out my order was third on the drivers list with an estimated time of 35-45 more minutes. I made sure to not check the “contactless delivery” so the driver would knock on the door when he delivers it. He did not knock on the door, he left it at the doorstep so we had no idea it was delivered. I don’t know how long our pizza was sitting outside in the 29° weather before I decided to check the door. Checking my order, the delivered none of the jalapeño ranch I order and paid $2.95 for. I also ordered a root beer which was not delivered, if they were out they should have notified me. Overall not a great experience at all. The person I talked to when I expressed my frustration offered no solution to make it right.

This is the second time we’ve had Marco’s delivery and it has disappointed both times. The extra cheese pizza barely had enough cheese to count it as a regular cheese pizza as it was mostly overcooked dough. The order was also around 30 minutes late and not hot at all. I wish it was a better experience. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni was burnt. 3 stars is being generous.

I love Marco’s pizza. It tastes so good. I was picking up a delivery today and the employees were very nice. They were still putting the order together when I got there, and one item was still in the oven, and worked quickly to finish it up.
