This location has serious issues. Marco’s has great pizza, but this place keeps messing up. We’ve had missing items, and wrong orders for a year. The Northside store and Moore have been perfect everytime.

Honestly this place is awful, you don’t get any help. You can tell the employees don’t care about their job. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes before the lady even said anything to me. I was the only person in the store. I heard the phone ring 3 times and they didn’t even pick it up. I ordered 45 minutes ahead and they haven’t even started my making my order. Rip customer service, very slow looks like they are working in slow motion. Disappointed in this store! If you want better pizza and better service go elsewhere.

Saw signs and flags about new place now open, so I stopped to get a bite to eat. Tried to open the door but it was locked! Noticed through the window this place was empty and saw a small printed sign that stated because of staff shortages they were closed. Was not happy.

Love the pizza and every time it’s been good. But do not trust them if you need delivery. Has failed the last 2 times. 1st the delivery driver’s car was breaking down and they pushed it back and then eventually canceled an hour later. Frustrating, but hey stuff happens. So I order again tonight, not expecting similar issues. 25 minutes after I place my order I get a call asking if I would like to switch my order to carryout or cancel as they are too busy to get to it. I understand turning off or stopping taking deliveries, but calling and cancelling them almost 30 minutes later, twice, that’s not acceptable. Again the pizza is good just make sure you order pickup or aren’t completely sure if you want pizza when ordering delivery.

I hate to rate so low but our experience was horrible. We ordered online and had not had Marco’s before. We ordered our pizzas with white sauce which most pizza places have as a cheese or Alfredo type sauce. When we got our pizzas they had no sauce. We also did not get the extra garlic butter dipping sauces we paid for. I called to ask about why the pizza had no sauce and were told Marco’s white sauce is just butter with parmesan sprinkled on it. We were not offered any replacements or even the opportunity to get the dipping sauces we were not given. I spoke with the manager who answered my call and was basically told too bad. Super disappointed and will not go back. We were excited to have a new pizza place so close but will gladly drive further to avoid service like this again. Would rate lower if possible.
