I never had Marcos before and decided to try it. It was 5p on a Friday, (yesterday). Upon walking in I was greeted with a welcome to Marcos from many employees. They were very very busy but to expected. For my carryout I was taken care of by Amber. She was super friendly, made sure my order was complete, Offered me sides and drinks. Very personable. Wait was a little longer than I had expected but again they were very busy. Pizza was delicious! Amber even took time to remember customers names while she checked on their orders. Wondeful customer service at this location. Thank you Amber for the smiles, jokes and being personable. And thanks to all the Marcos crew at the Sheridan location! Everlasting impact 🙂

Ordered online and showed up at my “guaranteed” time. Waited an extra 30 mins. Was told it would be another hour before they could even get to the order. Ridiculous. Left with a promise of a refund and went to a better pizza place. Was glad for it. This is not the first time for this and I counted at least 8 people working so not like they were short staffed. Cannot recommend.

6:30PM I called Marcos to make sure that they where excepting online orders and to ask about how long it would be to have 3 Large pizzas and 1 order of bread sticks delivered. They said if I placed a mobile order right now it could be by my house at 7PM (I only live 5 mins away).

Ordered delivery online at 7 last night and didn’t get our food until 830.. called at 8 and the guy I talked to said he didn’t have an order for me. Finally he found it then said he didn’t have any drivers. Then why are you offering delivery? Finally after another half hour my sad stale pizza and cheesy bread arrived. The driver was really nice and apologized. But who wants to eat pizza that has been sitting under a lamp for over an hour? Guess I will stick to pizza hut. Also this location is 0.7 miles from my house. An hour and a half!!

Great pizza, great subs, great calzones! We’re so happy to have a Marcos so close to the house now! Thank you! Great customer service, wonderful people. Only gave it 3 stars for atmosphere because basically it’s a pizza joint set up for carry out or delivery only. No biggie.

I Google mapped the location and went to the website to order and selected “Carryout!” They want my full address for carry out. I was born at night but not last night. Unless it’s needed I don’t share info and to carry out a pizza it’s not needed. I ordered from a competitor. Thx for showing me your hand up front. I don’t need another app, or more emails from a pizzaria! Goodbye Marco!

Had to call in because the website did not work. When I called they had three people take my order because no one knew how to take it. Called in at 6 and well it’s now 7:18 and they still haven’t put in our pizza yet. There are several upset people at the store. My wife says there are no pizzas in the oven at all.

Where to start! Overall an EXCEPTIONAL experience. My family and i ordered delivery last night. We had Cheesy bread and the Pepperoni magnifico. They were very appetizing. The driver was amazing! Followed delivery instructions to a T and was so friendly and caring. Even interacted with our grandchildren when they came running to the door, Amber is an exceplementary driver. Definitely will be ordering from this location from now on.

My husband ordered our family dinner last night. We’ve always ordered at the BA location. But since this location opened up and is much closer we had it delivered. We had 3 large pizzas, a calzone and cinnaquares. The food was absolutely perfect. Wait was a little longer than expected. Our driver was superb! Amber, had a smile on her face, thanked us for our patience, even gave us Parmesean and red peppers (something we love but always forget to ask for). Despite waiting 30 mins passed out promised delivery time. It was worth and our food was still hot! Amber really made an impression for us with this Marcos! We will definitely order again! Hopefully, Amber can deliver again
