This used to be my go to place for pizza , but lately they haven’t been up to par. I ordered a pizza and they skimped on the sauce and it was very dry. This wasn’t the first time neither. I complained and was told that they had to shared products with there other restaurants. I used to get banana peppers free now they charged for them, I didn’t want them on the pizza but on the side. They are slipping and need to get back up to standard.

I’m disappointed that it’s come to this, Marcos. I think, when done right, you have a great product. I’ve ordered from you regularly for a few years. My last 5 visits have been well below expectations. Let me tell you about today. The pizza that we ordered was fine. Not the best we’ve had from you, but no complaints there. Ok. Here we go. What happened to your salads? $6.49 for this little salad? My family use to split it between 3 of us. It’s in a new smaller container now, and seems to be about half the size that it was before. It was more like a single serving. Then, we order the cinnamon squares for dessert. Guess what you forgot, Marcos. The icing. There was no icing in the box. Do you know how bad this product is without the icing? Terrible!! As much as I hate to do this, I have to take you out of my pizza choices. There’s too many well executed pizza places to deal with this stuff visit after visit.

My last time ordering from Marco’s Pizza in 2360 Camp Wisdom Rd and Lake Ridge in Grand Prairie TX. There was a bandaid in the breadstick! That’s disgusting and unacceptable. I’m glad our kid noticed it before eating it…When I contacted the store the supervisor at the time was hesitant to even give me his name and didn’t believe me until I told him I have pictures then his tune changed. The supervisor said it was him preparing the food and it was odd because, he wasn’t wearing a bandaid. I told the supervisor well is not odd because I have the evidence to prove it! He wanted to replace the food and i told him i don’t want nothing free so I’m waiting to talk to the store supervisor. There’s going to be accountability and they need to make changes because that’s a health issue. Whoever is making the food should be wearing gloves specially if they have a cut! If I could I wouldn’t even give a star review!

I ordered a supreme pizza. When I received my ordered the pizza had 4 tiny green peppers, 1or 2 mushrooms and onions. I took it back to the front counter to ask the restaurant for a remake. The manager on duty a young girl stated this a supreme pizza, I pointed at a picture that represents marcos image of a supreme. The manager said it looks the same and said that picture is from tv ads. I was baffled by that response. I demanded they remake the pizza the manager eventually agree to remake it. While waiting the young man making pizza did not have clue how to make a supreme pizza he look very loss and confused. Finally he looked at the instructions at the prep station and get it right.
