This company at this location gets an F for unprofessional driver not delivering a meal without knocking on a door even after receiving a tip. In addition, when I submitted a complaint about my food being put on the ground, I was told by the manager I would receive a complimentary pizza and a drink. Later, the manager told me he could no longer due so after believing the driver lies about knocking on my door. My husband is my witness and my ring doorbell, no one knocked on the door. What happened to good leadership and professionalism. Now, I am fighting to get my tip refunded. Never again, will I support Marco’s pizza at the Virginia Parkway location.

I can see why this location has 3 stars. We ordered a large pizza half meatlovers, and half Philly cheese steak. The was not hot, and Philly cheese steak side had zero meat, glob of cheese and mushrooms. My son calls explains what happened, the manager Danny blows him off, and hangs up on him. I call back immediately and speak with Danny and ask why did he hang up on my son, he lied said he didn’t, I told him he was on speaker with my son I heard the convo. He goes onto apologize and offers another pizza. I asked for store credit…. I’m not sure I’ll be going back here. This location needs an overhaul

I stopped using this location last year after receiving my delivery late and cold twice. I decided to try them again today and placed online order. The app shows it would be delivered in about 62 minutes which was fine. An hour after the order was placed it said the order was cancelled and provided a number to call for more information. No one ever came on the phone after 5 minutes of hold music. I do not recommend this location but have had better luck with other stores.

Same as other reviewers , used to order all the time , noticed a change lately and then today delivery driver shows up with wrong order . Leaves , no communication as to what’s going on with our order , I waited 45 min then called the store . The lady told me it should arrive in about 30 min… and no refund , no I’m sorry , no discount for next time , even tho we don’t want it anymore and kids ate something else already and off to bed. Won’t ever order here again , make the extra drive to Ridge rd location or another one .

This place has gone down hill fast. We used to order regularly but stopped ordering from here a few months ago because of quality. Last night I tried giving them a chance again and was disappointed again. Pizza tasted like a cafeteria pizza, had very little cheese and toppings, and huge amount of crust.

We ordered pick up from Marco’s tonight. We wanted really good quality pizza and they delivered! It was fresh, cheesy, and so delicious. They were really busy too with new years eve, but my order was ready on time (20 minutes)

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! 30 minutes after I placed a delivery order I checked the online tracker, it showed the order had been cancelled. I called the store and waited on hold for almost 10 minutes before they answered. I was told they didn’t have any delivery drivers and I’d get a refund in five days. If you can’t fulfill orders, just shut down the ordering system and close the store.
