For a Marcos pizza, this place is pretty good and consistent in their service. I always get my pizzas just the way I ordered them and in a timely manner. The app gets me decent discounts. It’s not the best pizza ever, but it’s still a pretty good pizza. We get it all the time.

Take it from two foodies and tough critics when it comes to pizza, this place makes a great pie. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews. We called in our order for pick up and the customer service was spot on and thorough. Now, onto the pie. Folks, the pizza here is outstanding! We ordered the thin crust with old world pepperoni and pineapple and it was a 10! It was super thin and crispy (ask for “well done”…trust me, it’s a choice on their menu and gets the pizza super crispy) and the old world pepperoni had a TON of flavor (they also have a traditional pepperoni but we opted for the old world style). We also ordered a Greek salad that was the perfect pairing with the pizza. It was loaded with all the goods (tomatoes, feta, olives, onions, peppers, etc). Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely make this a regular go-to…. Cheers!

Just called the store due to the online system wouldnt accept my address. I’m in a new subdivision two miles from the store. So, I called the store and was told they can’t accept my order because she wasn’t able to locate my address. I told her that she will need to use google because of the new address. Ridiculous! I asked her so there are over 200 houses in this area and the store location is willing lose money and she yes! I asked for manager … she stated that there isn’t one there tonight! So, when they go out of business!!!!!…..:

Ordered my 2 pizzas online at 4 for an order at 5. Showed up at 5:05. Was told at 5:15 that it would be 7 more minutes. Didn’t get my pizza until 5:50. Asked several employees how long and they told me they didn’t know where my pizzas were at. I told Clayton an employee that I was frustrated because my kids are in the back of my car screaming and he replied I didnt have kids for a reason. MY PIZZAS WERE COLD!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I get it I have worked sustomer service and I would have never treated my customers that way. I 100% want a refund and will not be returning to this location. I will make the drive else where.
