The pizza was delicious and the price was reasonable. It seemed strange that I had to wait so long for curbside pick up. There weren’t any other cars there. I had to call, even though I had checked in online 15 minutes earlier.

I ordered Marco’s pizza on Uber. It took 3 hours to get to me and two different Uber delivery pizzas. The food was cold, stale, and gross. Not fresh ingredients or seasoned at all. I tried to call but apparently the phone line is always busy. It didn’t taste good at all.

Nice clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Prices are good. The pizza was average in my opinion. The toppings/ sauce were good. The crust left a lot to be desired. I have had pizza from gas stations that were comparable. I expected more from a pizza chain. This pizza would be ideal for children. Pizza is one of my favorite foods. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza for pizza snobs like myself.

This review is in regards to Marco’s Corporate, to it’s website, and is not a critique on the local store. My condolences to all franchisees of such a badly run company! My experience has been that the website makes ordering the deals that are offered on it practically impossible. The first two times I ordered it did work, but it was like jumping through hoops to finally get the original deal that was offered through the website, and that I had clicked on, to actually go through so that the total matched the original offer. Now (as of yesterday) I find it to be utterly impossible to get the posted deals, no matter how many times I closed the browser, refreshed, etc., nothing this past time worked. The local manager made it right and got an earful about the company he works for and I do appreciate the friendly service at the local level. The local manager’s hands are tied since he can do nothing about the website and if initiating feedback, internally, within the company, is anything like it was for me, the customer, then nothing is going to change. What happens when I click the link for customer feedback? It goes to the menu. What happens when I look up and call the number for Corporate? It rings the pizza shop in front of corporate and the shop attendant had to give me the real number. What a joke! Wouldn’t surprise me if this company soon starts closing stores. If corporate doesn’t care, Marco’s isn’t gonna make it. As far as this customer can tell, they do not. Hopefully they wake up soon and fix the mess.

Marcos pizza is just freakin’ good in general but pizza from the particular location is consistently delicious as well! I often opt for Marcos over other pizza competitors because they all pale in comparison. Please keep being awesome!

We tried this local spot for the first time. They were not ready to accommodate dine in customers, so we got our food to go. It was a good thing because the inside of the restaurant was literally freezing, we could not have eaten in there. We are gluten-free so we opted for the pizza bowl, unique to their menu, we have not seen this item anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend this. Affordable and customizable and delicious! The portion is big enough that we were able to save some for later so we enjoyed this twice. Cannot wait to enjoy it again.
