This was my first time ever ordering Marco’s Pizza, but have heard it was one of the best pizza chains. After eating a few slices from a large pepperoni, I can’t say it’s anything special over any of the other chains. Maybe some of the other pizza toppings set them apart on other variations, but pepperoni is always a popular choice. I’m giving them 5 stars here because the pizza was good, and it was ready when I ordered it for take out. Most of the complaints seem to be regarding their delivery, which I never utilize for food orders because it costs way too much. I’ll gladly take my $9.99 take out special ready in 15 minutes.

I order a pizza 2hrs ago and hasn’t arrive yet. Called 40 min. Ago and they said that it was going to arrive around in 30 mins. More. And yet, still not here. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. I am really upset.

We’ve ordered from all pizza delivery in the area. I must say Marco’s delivery sucks! They should just tell you it will be there when it gets there, instead of giving you a specific time! Pizza is all pretty much the same here and Marco’s charges $4.99 for delivery and Pizza Hut $6.99 and driver’s do not get that. So, I can only presume it’s liability insurance. Venice pizzas in Newark makes very good pizza and charges $2.00 for delivery, depending on how far. Their pizza is good too! My choice would be Papa Murphy’s deep dish cooked at home, too far to get it. Marco’s as far as I’m concerned sucks as far as delivery on time and the pizza isn’t really that good!

Ordered 2 pizzas online at ~6:15 for carryout at 7:30. Arrived at 7:15 and was told pizzas would be ready by the pick up time. Well 7:30 came and went, as did 7:45, and there was still no pizza, there wasn’t even an indication that they were even being made. First and last time I will try Marcos pizza. One star because we were able to get a refund so we could go to Dominoes.

This store is new, but I ordered. Pizza and a salad. They took longer than ususal to deliver the pizza and the pizza did not have extra cheesse or garlic crust, like i ordered and PAID for. So I called and made a complain about the situation, and right now I am just waiting for them to make it right
