I called in an order said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there in about 10 minutes. It hadn’t even been made or put in the oven yet. I was not offered a discount or a free drink. I even tipped three dollars. And the mushrooms on the pizza are canned not fresh. The pizza looks nothing like it is advertised.

The store manager, Austin, was very unprofessional and rude. After placing my order and waiting in the car 15 min, I go back inside to get my order and was told “It will take longer than expected because an employee had to run to Benbrook location, TO PICK UP CHEESE! How do you run out of a main ingredient??? So they would have to pickup,drive back and then cook the . Asked the manager if he would give some type of discount and he flat said no! Said it wasn’t a reason to and because it was pd for he couldn’t. Asked for DMs number and name and comments “That’s the problem, we don’t have one!!”

They have all the common crust plus cauliflower and gluten-free but you can only get it in a small. They have some seasonings for the crust which is free. Depending on the cook the sauce can be really thick. They do have some really good specials, usually you have to ask. All in all worth trying.

Never in my life have I experienced what I did today over the phone. I tried to place an order online, and there was an error given, so I decided to call the store and place it that way. I checked my account only to find the charge for the order that gave me an error. I called back and asked for a number where I can call to get a refund. Where I was met with attitude because “the order was not in the system”. I tried to reword the question and was met with more attitude and he spoke over me. At this point I, THE CUSTOMER, because extremely irritated because this boy was being very rude and not offering any solutions… and then was hung up on. I called back again and asked for a supervisor and the boy I spoke to claimed to be a “supervisor” and his name was Luis. When I asked for the other boys full name so I could file a complaint – he provided his first name and when I asked again for the full name, he cut me off and asked what “my problem is, and if I wanted to order or not”. I tell him my issue and what I need and he says “it’s online we can’t do anything”. I asked for a number they had he told me they didn’t have one and didn’t have control over online orders. Still frustrated, he says “now I see the problem” and also hangs up on me. Needless to say. I am now out of money and will NEVER return here. I’d rather get go further for exceptional customer service than to deal with boys who don’t understand the concept. DISGUSTING.
