I ordered pizza online. over 1 1/2 hr still don’t have the pizza. Drove up to the store. Not taking responsibility. Say it’s already sent out. Expect me to wait without compensation. I ask for full refund. I ask them to make this right Compensation. The manager insisted sorry and if we wanted to leave negative feedback to go ahead. I was a regular customer and now I will never never ever order from Marcos Pizza again in this lifetime!!!!!!! Never again.

I’ve hesitated posting a review up until now because things happen, but this location used to be excellent, but has gone to the opposite end of the spectrum. Second time in a row that the exact same order was delivered incorrect. This makes the third time that we’ve received an incorrect order in recent months. Sure, we get credit, but what good is that if it keeps coming incorrect each time.

I tried placing an order it came up that I was 11 minutes away from having a delivery one minute out from their 10 minute regular 10 due to traffic. I’m sure that made up that one minute the manager would not budge and would not take my order but JJ at the North Tarrant store in Fort Worth called the manager for me still would not budge, so thank you JJ for taking my order and getting it delivered. You’re the bomb if anyone wants to have Marco’s Pizza do it on North Tarrant, not Bluemound Road.

Is there a sauce shortage or something??? I asked for white sauce on my pizza and they were just cheese melted on top, it was dryer than west Texas! This place used to be my go to over Dominos and Pizza Hut but at least they gave me sauce with their high price pizzas!

Staff was super busy in the back kept yelling at me but then wanted me to yell my responses back. They then said they couldn’t hear me. After a few exchanges they would then finally come to the front to talk. Not impressed.

This company is getting worse and worse everyday now I know where the problems are coming from. Do not eat Marco s pizza it is the nastiest pizza around go across the street to pizza hut , pizza hut has a large one topping pizza for under 10 dollars.

this place used to be good. the last 4 times we ordered pizza, there was no sauce. dry as a bone crust with some toppings. where’d the sauce go? even ordered double sauce last night (3/18/23) and no sauce on all 3 pizzas!!
