Very disappointed in my experience this evening!! I called in a carryout order for a small meatlovers and 6 Bone In buffalo wings! I was told the order was would be ready in 15 minutes, I arrived in 20. Upon arrival I paid for my order and was handed 2 boxes! I checked my order once I got to the car and discovered I was given cheesy bread, not pizza! I went back in and there was a gentleman whom appeared to be maybe a shift manager! Without apology he explained that my order may have been given out by mistake and told me it would only take 6 minutes to make!! He also said he would put my wings back under the heater …instead of offering to remake them so that I would have a fresh pizza and wings!!! 11 minutes later, not 6, the pizza was ready! To my surprise once I arrived home, my order was still wrong!! I was given a box of boneless wings(5) Not the Bone in which I originally ordered! Because I don’t live anywhere near that particular location and based off of the level of service I experienced while in store, I didn’t even bother calling!! Very disappointing, this location used to be great in both competency and customer service! They definitely should be coached and aligned on higher standards and delivering better customer experience!

Usually I do delivery, and the pizza is great, however I was very disappointed. They made my pizza wrong, they tried to fix it by tricking me to make me think that they remade the pizza but they didn’t. They just threw sausage on top. It took about 45 minutes. They remade the pizza. It was horrible. Beyond disappointed. Angelo did give me some free cinnamon sticks. Not worth it. I understand things can go wrong. I will give them another try and if things go better I will and then this review. Otherwise be careful when you order.

It was my first time at Marco’s. I got the cauliflower crust with feta cheese and Spinach for the toppings. My pizza came out fast and it was DELICIOUS! Customer service was awesome

Pizza is still good but it wasn’t similar to all the other pizza’s I purchased. I think a new hire made my pizza this time. It’s all about being trained correctly by staff members. Because of this last pizza it maybe a while before I return. The pepperoni toppings were great but the crust at the bottom, the cheese, and hamburger meat was hard. I got there right after it came out the oven so it was no reason for anything to be overcooked. Really disappointed in Marcos this time.

This pizza is Amazing! I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza and it was delicious! They have reasonable prices and the wait time was not too long for a Friday evening. The customer service was pretty great as well! This is definitely one of my new favorite pizza places.
