Really, I give it a zero. Our company ordered about 10 pizzas Saturday April 1st. The pizzas that was delivered didn’t have hardly any toppings on them and they wasn’t all the way cooked. I told the GM and she said I shouldn’t have ordered when she wasn’t there smh. Terrible customer service terrible business period

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received and lack of ability or desire to be more accommodating. The last couple of times I ordered through the app payment was messed up through my account and it took a month for it to be refunded so I don’t like ordering through the app. I called to order and explained my issue and was hoping to use a promo code however I was met with no compassion or incentive from the employee to accommodate me I was told a manager might assist and when I went to pick up no manager was available. I could have gone to domino’s and paid a lot less for more and received top notch customer service and care. I understand that most of these employees are young kids but they really should be trained to do better.

I’m not sure who hired the GM there, Victoria I think is her name but you guys need rethink that position. Never have I been met with such a toxic and rude atmosphere while ordering pizza in my life. I don’t think she cares too much for her job, I’m very disappointed in the service I received and I will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered from this establishment most recently on November 1st. The food is always top notch, but my favorite pizza to date was the Philly, as it was actually reminiscent of a classic Philly. It was, unfortunately, a menu option that was available for a limited time. The next best option, and an item available at all times, is the Deluxe pizza. The cheesy bread is better than those offered at competing pizza chains. One of the greatest options available to customers is the addition of garlic butter on the pizza crust. The location is ideal, as it is nestled along a busy stretch of Stan Schlueter, therefore undoubtedly receives plenty of foot traffic. I still have other pizza establishments that I will frequent more often than Marco’s, but I must say that my first time back in a while was a successful and satisfactory one.
