I ordered a pepperoni magnifico pizza with extra pepperoni. Once i received it, i found that the “extra pepperoni” on the pizza was regular pepperoni as opposed to the old world pepperoni. I assumed that i was going to get the extra old world pepperoni but I was told by the owner of this particular location that i had to specify that I wanted the old world type if I extra. Makes no sense but I came to return the pizza in exchange for what I thought would be the corrected pizza. The owner argued with me stating that I “shouldn’t have returned the beautiful pizza” and how “he’s been doing this for 13 years”…..only to give me the exact same pizza that they gave me the first time!!!! This was extremely rude and insulting.

I called to place an order at the Richmond, TX location on Williams Way Blvd. The date was May 5, 2023 and my call time was 9:50 pm. The man who answered the phone could barely communicate in English, so I hung up and went elsewhere. If you hire someone, ensure they can comprehend and speak English. I would’ve been a first-time customer. Such a disgrace!
