My son brought me a Marco’s Pizza, and I fell in love with it. So today, I order a Large Sauage Magnifico, and I drove 15 minutes to pick up the order. The Pizza was delicious! However, I will not be going back anytime soon because the front counter customer service was just plain HORRIBLE. No one greeted me upon entering the restaurant, and the young lady with the long ponytail basically ignored me, and the other customers. After 20 min the other customers left out of frustration, and approximately $50 of business went out the door. Drive-thru wasn’t any better. Finally, two young Hispanic ladies who were helping to make pizzas in the back came to the front and offer to help customers. Tipping didn’t matter. GREAT PIZZA, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was picking up pizza for a party at my center and NO ONE was wearing gloves. The young lady who rang me up was putting pepperoni on a pizza with her bare hands before taking my cash payment. Granted she washed her hands but she had to think about it first since she noticed me looking in discuss.

The service was treble. This is not option for zero star, otherwise I would have given zero. My wife placed an order an hour ago. They didn’t enter the order. It was not ready when I reached there. I had to place another order and wait for another 20 mins. Really disappointed with the service.

I had my thin crust pizza delivered looking like this. After having to drive to the location, the restaurant didnt even look busy. I don’t know how someone can have a job of making pizza and have the audacity of making this trash, let alone have it delivered like this.

First time at this location. It was around 915 pm when i walked in and the chairs were on the table and someone was mopping. I thought I was late ordering but they close at 10pm. I ordered a personal pizza with a few toppings. A $7.99 pizza turned into a $14.99 plus tax pizza. It’s so worth it though. 10 minutes tops and I was on my way home to enjoy my delicious pizza!! Will go back.

I am not normally a “pizza chain” kinda gal or chain food places of any type for that matter. I am glad I tried this pizza place, the crust is amazing. I am simple when it comes to pizza, just a good old fashioned pepperoni and cheese please and they did not disappoint. Great ratio of cheese and pepperoni, good sauce and the crust is nice and light. I hate greasy pizza and that is why I loved it here, clean hands! This pizza reheats just as well the next day in the oven…fantastic little neighborhood eatery.

Marcos is always a hit! Unlike other chains they really hook it up with their toppings and you can tell their veggies are fresh! I couldn’t find the email to tap “I’m here” for my curbside order so I went in to retrieve my pizza and the guy behind the counter was so kind and apologized because I didn’t get the email even though it wasn’t his fault. He was so friendly and made my experience so much better than it already was. Marcos is our new family pizza spot in town!
