I like it, but my daughter said it made her sick. (Not literally sick, like she was throwing up. It just didn’t agree with her.) I’ve been to this one a couple times, and the last time I had to wait a long time for two pizzas. I ordered online before I left home, timing my arrival for when it said it should be done. When I got there, the manager said it would be about ten minutes after I paid at the counter, but I waited more like twenty-five minutes at the store. My kids were home alone. (They’re teenagers, so I wasn’t worried about safety. I just didn’t want to be away so long.)

Second time ordering a bulk order (12 large pizzas) from this location for my team at Randolph AFB. Both times the team at this location has done an absolutely outstanding job. Friendly, courteous, and order hot and ready exactly like they said it would be at the pick up time. Cannot thank them enough, and will continue to order from here in the future.

35 Mins past “promise” time. Was informed by phone that it was an estimated time not a promise time. Driver then delivered only part of my order. Will never order here again and will definitely be taking this up with corporate. I’m 2 miles from the restaurant, I could’ve walked there and back faster. Like I said, won’t be back.

Loyal customer of Marcos #5187 with no issues until tonight. Tonight I was very disappointed when my usual half pepperoni large pizza arrived. Not too sure who was prepping and cutting, but they did a terrible job.

I can’t say enough how much we love Marcos but this location … and my fault for going back (moreso for convenience) has been the absolute worst. I know there are kids working there and I am super patient but this hasn’t been the first time it’s been just awful. We have been waiting on our delivery only to call for them to say … it says pick up. So I say “you asked me did I want to tip the driver and I tipped $10” the young lady stated “oh I see it” but you can basically come get it because we only have one driver and like 4 people ahead of you now” . Didn’t I call first?? Over a hour ago? The manager Gabby gets on and is clearly not a manager …maybe young but still no real customer service skills, and it’s not about money but we really just looked forward to our pizza. Needless to say… we are picking our food up but won’t be supporting this local store anymore. It’s 10:06 and we are headed to get our food …. We called at 820…

I was brought home a box of pizza from this Marco’s location and found a bandaid in my pizza crust! That is beyond disgusting and incredibly dangerous because I do not know if the person has passable diseases after I ate the pizza slice. I was not a huge fan of Marco’s Pizza but now I will most definitely never go back.

Bought pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It looked as if a can of mushrooms was literally thrown on top of pizza before baking I’ve had great experiences with marcos before but never tried this location. Other pizzas tasted… stale as if the ingredients were old. Shoulda stuck with pizza hut or papa johns.
