Love their pizza in a pinch but felt like a bait and switch on the medium pizza price(s). I placed an order online this evening for THREE medium pizza’s. TWO one topping and ONE two topping. Was told the one topping medium would be $7.99 with the two topping ‘ a little more’. Fast forward to pick up and the medium 2 topping is DOUBLE the price of the one topping. Manager was less than helpful by explaining the discount was already applied (see photo).

It seems like this is regular practice at this place. My wife placed an order for two medium one topping pizzas @ 6:99 a pizza. I picked them up not knowing the prices and was charged almost $40 for the pizzas and a two liter cola. So then a gal said she’d give us store credit and fast forward to today and the credit wasn’t ever posted on my phone number. As I’m trying to get an explanation for everything the manager hung up on me. Rude service and shady business.

Placed an order online, went and picked it up. Got home and the pizza was clearly an old, already made cheese pizza with the requested toppings thrown over the top. It was also ice cold. Called the store and the manager told me that he had no orders matching mine. I offered to send him a picture, he then offered a partial store credit. No thanks. Will never be ordering from this location again.

I placed my order on the app and then called moments after to ask for the wings to be extra crispy. 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered, I called and not only was my name now wrong on my order, but there was a whole other order under my name. 20 minutes later my order was finally delivered, wings were soggy and tasted undercooked and all the extra sauces I paid for were not in the boxes. I called and spoke to the manager, she assured me that there was “no way the wings were undercooked as they are pre-cooked.” She said she could refund me for the sauces and said to give “them” my number and hung up.

When I arrived to pick up my pizza the place appeared to be closed. The female at the register was not pleasant. My pizza was sitting on a rack behind the counter getting cold. I ordered an XL pizza and a calzone and used an offer for 25% off. I thought the discount was to the price, but to my surprise it was clearly off the size of the food that I ordered. Even with the discount my order was still $37. The pizza was disgusting. I would have been better off walking into Little Ceasars. I will never order a pizza from this establishment again.
