Called in around 9:30 had a great experience on the phone with the guy that took my order. He was patient and helpful, then to make matters even better he quoted me a ridiculously good price. I asked him are you sure? It’s three xl specialty pizzas and he responded with I added a coupon or two ! Well if you ever wondered “ who does that?”, now we know. And they delivered top notch food!

Recently went for dinner here. Pleasantly surprised. I’ve had Marco’s before as my kids have it delivered to the house. But in my opinion, it was better eating it at the location. They have a small dining room. The staff was great. They were helpful and friendly. Was surprised at the variety of their menu. We went after 9pm. There was only one family there eating. Not too busy at that time. Overall very pleased. Will definitely eat there again. Hopefully soon.

I have nothing negative to say about our pizza it was very tasty as always. The customer service reeks tho.. my bf called and was placed on hold for 30mins.. when i got there i had to reorder which was fine but when i addressed we were left on hold they gaslit us and said we “were probably too embarrassed to admit we called the wrong location” Jess please get some customer service training because it’s atrocious.

I don’t know if more and more delivery drivers are doing this, but please do NOT register a delivery as “completed” until they actually drop off the order. I had to walk outside and check my neighbors door to make sure it wasn’t at the wrong house, just to see the driver arrive 4 minutes later. Do not give your customers unnecessary stress and make them think they are going to have to call for refunds.

Love the food, pizzas are delicious and even their salads are good (love the caesar). But 2 of the last 3 times we ordered from here they forgot our salads (which we eat as entrees and were thusly uber bummed). We finally called the last time and they let us know it was “still there” and that they forgot to include it in the order for the delivery driver. So they’re great if you pick up the food yourself, but don’t count on them for delivery orders. Also, thank you for still reading after I said “thusly”, I felt classy there for a second. It was nice…

Have always been a big fan of Marco’s and never had problems, but I was completely disappointed with Pepperoni Magnífico pizza ordered today. I wanted something with A LOT of Pepperoni, especially crispy Old World Style Pepperoni, and ended up with a pizza with barely any Pepperoni and maybe 7-8 slices of OWS Pepperoni….couldn’t believe it. Not what I expected, not what I’ve had in the past, and definitely not what they advertise.

This placed ruined it for all other pizza places. I got the calzone and chicken wings and it blew my mind how good it was!! I don’t eat a lot of beef and pork so when I can find a pizza place that does chicken right It’s amazing!! The pizza sauce was amazing the wings were cooked right!! All I can say is it’s a must go!! Marco pizza I see ya BAY BEEE!! Oh last thing the veggies were fresh and I love that!!

The pizza was delicious, the staff was super friendly and the cost was acceptable for what you get. Also, they do military discount. We ordered to go but would totally come here for lunch with our toddler. They seemed to be clean, had a flat screen TV, plenty of seating and seem to be child-friendly (high chairs).
