First time at Marco’s. Was a clean environment, and staff were friendly. The pizza was a 7.3/10 for me, which is a good score. We tried the old world pepperoni and the deluxe pizza, which were both fantastic. It’s overall good pizza, would go again.

The food was really good and the pizza was awesome. But I wanted to highlight the customer service. This weekend I called in an order and I lost my coupon so it was gonna cost an extra five dollars. I was OK paying the extra because it was my fault, when I arrived, the person who charged me when ahead and applied the coupon. I know they didn’t have to do that but that was really awesome of them. I just wanted to say thank you.

Terrible experience! Just called to put in an order put me on hold for 20+ minutes as I tried to download the Pizzahut app to see if they took my call before I ordered on PH app. Right as I finished building my pizza on PH they hung up my call. I wanted to give ‘em a try, now I’m put off for ever.

Order the thin crust pizza just to find out that it’s just some thing that they pull out of the refrigerator that who knows where it’s made from not fresh dough won’t be buying a pizza here ever again. And they say they’re the best in Rio Grande Valley I tend to disagree
