I’ve had this pizza twice now, and I’ll say it tastes great! Finding hair baked into the crust that you can dangle it from isn’t ideal… I understand it happens, although I recall many of the employees hair being worn down. (Not tied up or in a hair net.) As someone with experience in the food industry, I’d say that’s a lack of responsibility on management. Simply put, please take an assessment and do better.

I normally LOVE the pizza however the last few times I have ordered the service is horrible. Manager was extremely rude and I had to leave the feedback. They never know who the customer is. I ordered pizzas they delivered them and didn’t even bother to cut the pizzas. I called and the manager said they would make it right the next day if I called. I didn’t call the next day. I called a few nights and was on hold for over 15 minutes with No answer twice. When I Finally did get through on the third night (I was attending school at night so I couldn’t call before 9:30) I was met with confrontation and rudeness. The manager said he would make one pizza I told him I would just pay for another, ordered they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, when I get there they only made one. I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes and the manager Josh had an attitude with me, even though they were the ones that messed up my order initially. Terrible customer service.

When Marcos first came to Austin we thought the pizza was great and would frequently order take out. Fast forward 8 years later and the results weren’t the same as we remembered. At least the advertised specials weren’t, maybe that’s where I went wrong. I’m sure they have good pizza in there somewhere.

Never actually been to a location so I’ll give it five stars. However, the last few times I’ve ordered pizza I’ve ordered salad and asked them not to put onions. However, every single time they put onions and a ton of them. It’s extremely irritating. I wouldn’t complain if this was the first time but it’s been happening often so if you’re going to order salad and try to customize it just know it’s not going to be right.

I ordered about 30 pepperoni & meat lover Calzonnes for the warehouse workers at My job. Very, very disappointed. Lots of cheese and dough but very little if any toppings were inside. Everyone of the employees were complaining and also stating that they would never order from Marcos. I will not be ordering again. How do you not put the requested meats in the product? I don’t think they even know how much business they lost.

Marco’s Pizza is our first choice for franchise pizzeria in the 78660. Their old-style pepperoni is unique, and they have anchovies as a topping choice. They dress the crust on request and have a good product for the value. Of the dozens of times that I have ordered carryout from the Dessau location, no complaints from me. Staff is friendly, and the food is very good.

This place was awesome!!! We ordered from online and got their delivery. Pizza was really warm still and so delicious. A lot of toppings and cheese!! Crust is nicely crunchy too. Definitely filling! I’ll order again soon 🙂

It’s very good pizza but was recently disappointed because not only was the meat not evenly scattered throughout the pizza, someone forgot to cut it too. Now, I have a pizza cutter not a problem but it was an XL and I botch the slices lol Also, I am paying over $20 for a pizza and around $10 in delivery fees. Not too happy.

Not great service. Waited over an hour a medium pizza and cheese bread. Driver shows up disgruntled complaining there was only two drivers tonight. He tries to hand me the wrong order, and then apologizes for it and tells me he has my order. I assume that he left it at the restaurant… he gave it to the wrong customer. ♂️This is why we check names in receipts and ask the customer their name. No I don’t want food someone els has received, I don’t want it cold, and when I asked if they opened it yet he said “it’s a possibility”. I’m not waiting another 1hr and a half.
