This is a disgusting unclean place to order your pizza at led alone eat inside at. The workers who make the food have no hair nets or gloves when making the pizzas and adding toppings, this one lady went into her pants a scratched her behind and went back to making the dough it is disgusting, I almost threw up. I’ve not seen one person wash their hands in the hour I was there. The tables aren’t clean and are filthy. If you want soda get bottled ones because the soda fountain only has carbonation no flavor and really upset my stomach I tried about 3 different flavors hoping for different results. When pizza arrived it was extremely greasy and dripping in grease plus when I picked it up all the toppings slid right off.This place should be shut down there has got to be more than 5 health code violations! I waited for a pizza I ordered in person at 5 pm and it’s currently 6 and still waiting at a filthy table unsanitary unsafe and a mess. Definitely need a refund for the pizza and drinks I paid for. Got to be the worst place I ordered pizza at in years. If you want good pizza you have better luck at papa johns or literally anywhere else.

Came in today. The girl at the front just looked at me until i said “Hello” to her. Nothing but teens working here, which wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t feel like the cleanliness of the place didn’t reflect that. Tables were dirty, floors. The container for the trash was nasty i didnt even want to touch it to throw away my trash. I started to leave but had already paid for my pizza. The pizza was very doughy. Waste of money. I will not be returning, however the young man that made my pizza was pretty nice. He was black, with like small dread like hair other than that..it’s a no go. I used to really like this place. I feel like with some help they can get it back together.

We order here for corporate office. Often spending several hundred dollars. Former manager was great and friendly and they always provided good service. Went today for another huge order and the new manager was slightly rude. They didn’t have honey, parm or pepper packets, restaurant looked dirty, and she said items free when they were not and were paid for on the receipt but not fulfilled.

Had this place a couple years ago and it was good but I went a few days ago and asked for jalapeños on the pizza and they put the most amount imaginable. Sat there picking most of them off my cousin ended up throwing up the next day too!

Store was disgusting. Water all over the floor. Doors were sticky. The back door to the patio seating was locked so we had to go around to the front door to get back in. Ordered a ham sandwich without tomato or onion. I got a loaf of bread with maybe 3 full slices of ham.

The pizza was OK at best, the service wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had but the atmosphere was trash, there were kids in there that were causing a disturbance and none of the employees seemed to care or do anything about it. We decided to leave about the time they got rowdy enough to have one kid puking in the main dining area and the others laughing about it. One employee just watched and did nothing. Brought my kids here to start a day of fun with pizza here and ice cream next door. Food was great. People were very friendly. Bathroom was a little dirty. Overall not a bad experience though. Will be back again.

I have heard good things about Marco’s across the country, but have not had a chance to try one until today.. I do not see how the Health Dept has not closed them down. This place has spilled soda, or some liquid all over dining area. Had to leave without ordering due to the lack of cleanliness. Will not be back to try them again at this location. I will have to try one elsewhere to see if this is the norm for them….

Extremely disappointed! Ordered dinner for my family, two large pizzas, wings and cinnamon squares. Wait time was triple what the order tracker said due to staffing issue (excuse given to multiple customers). I can deal with with waiting longer, I completely understand being short staffed but the quality of food shouldn’t be affected. My pizza was soaking wet on the bottom, couldn’t even pick up a slice by hand, fork and plate it is…..Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. Wings were just as gross, the meat was brown. Tasted like they had been cooked numerous times. I should have learned my lesson by now but I tried the cinnamon squares only to find a hair as I took a bite. Tried calling the store only to be told please wait……it has been 33 minutes now! Marcos pizza lost a customer today. This location does not care about customer service whatsoever. What a waste of $50.
