Great customer service. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and a pepperoni pizza. We were sad because they delivered two meat pizzas. But after a quick call, they corrected the order and sent us a vegetarian pizza (plus brownies which is super kind).

Great pizza. They even have real thin crust that is perfect. Better yet, we had a mix-up with my credit card and i called the manager who’s name is Ryan, he is super friendly and very positive and he gave me more in store credit to correct it without hesitation! Awesome food and people.

The calzone was half dough. The chicken had a strange flavor. Not sure what it was but I didn’t eat them. Cinnamon sugar bread was okay but again about an inch around the edges where the dough was thick there was barely any sugar cinnamon or butter so it was almost breadsticks. The middle part was very good though.

Terrible. Quoted delivery time of nearly an hour. Came later than that and when we opened the box, the order was wrong. Tried calling immediately and no human ever answered the line. Just a repeating message saying to press 1 to stay on the line. After over 10 minutes doing that with no one actually picking up the line, we finally got in the car and took the pizza back to them. No resolution at the time of this review. Awful service. Expensive pizza. Ridiculous.

I placed my order at 6:10pm today and it is now 8pm and I have not received my order. I’ve called to cancel and get a refund and only get their vm that is full. I highly recommend you do not order from here! Their customer service is a 0 on scale of 1-10.

The manager of this location is a very rude and angry person who rips people off and laughs at them when they try to make an honest effort to reconcile a disagreement. Whoever owns this place needs to get a handle on things, because at this point this restaurant is a total joke with Captain Kangaroo at the helm.
