My wife and I have been eating Marco’s Pizza since we got married (7 years woohoo). It’s been our favorite. Yes there are times when it isn’t as good as usual but they are consistent and we love their spices they use. The gluten free crust is pretty good too!

This is one of the best Marco’s pizza stores in the country! Everything is made from scratch every day. Dough made fresh on site every single day. The cheese is a proprietary blend of three real cheeses. Never frozen. Toppings are prepped every single day. The sauce is mixed on site each and every day. Delicious subs. Tasty salad. Hot wings. Amazing cheesy bread! You’ve gotta love Marco’s pizza!

Hate to be the one star guy…. But they over charged me by not applying the Pepperoni Magnifico special, and made the wrong pizza. So I called in to get it fixed. 150 minutes later (as of writing this) I still do not have the pizza. Called in for a status update and was on hold for 11 minutes. Hung up and went to the store, the guy who wasn’t answering the phone told me the delivery guy was 5 minutes out. That was a lie. So I ordered Costa Vida and it got to me 20 minutes later. This isn’t an isolated incident with this store you can tell they struggle with staffing. I’d love to talk with the store manager and see what’s going on, otherwise I’m just done with Marcos and will get food from Pizza Hut just down the street.

We very much enjoyed the pizza. Ours wasn’t greasy as a previous reviewer mentioned, the bottom of the crust could have been crisper for me but that’s subjective. This certainly wasn’t soggy soft like Pizza Hut. Lots of toppings, crust was crispy outside, soft inside, we got the Roma crust, tasty. Every single time someone walked through the door they said, “welcome to Marcos” even when it was a fellow employee which they all had a good laugh about. The other thing that impressed us was the manager was training while we were there and he spoke with all the employees in a respectful manner even when correcting something. They stand by their product- Promise of Delight, If you’re not delighted, tell us. We’ll make it right by you. Great customer service, good pizza, nice atmosphere, clean store. We will definitely be back.

We love this pizza. The crust, the sauce, and the cheese are all fantastic. Coming from Chicago this pizza place was a great find. I also love the coupons that we get and use every Sunday night. The staff is really friendly and always say high when we walk in the door. Great pizza, thank you.

Mistakenly brought bone in wings with our order and when I called to mention the mistake the clerk quickly fixed the order and got us out a replacement order without question, even though they were extremely busy. After moving to Daybreak a year ago we ordered Dominoes out of 10 years of Utah county habit and when they messed the order up and refused to fix it as it wasn’t their problem, we ordered Marco’s. Never turning back. You’ve earned our business. Thank you.

Made my order online. Once I received the confirmation I saw it was set for carry out. So I called and the guy confirmed that and I switched to delivery. Over an hour later, no pizza. So I called and another worker said it was still set for carry out. So we spoke with the manager, who made the excuse that they have a lot of new people and bla bla bla. If this was the only issue we have had, I wouldn’t write this. But here we are with multiple issues on separate occasions. So I told her I want my money back and she said “Ok”, then hung up on me. I simply wanted confirmation it was cancelled. Train your people better, be a manager and don’t hang up on someone that you’ve clearly messed up their order. I just wanted confirmation I’ll get my money back, because you did not earn it. Worst service, worst pizza, never ordering from here again. No pizza on my porch because they can’t do what they are paid to. Sad and pathetic.
