Another great restaurant in Tooele offering their amazing “customer service”. Ordered a pizza for delivery, waited an hour with no response back. I had to call and they told me they didn’t have enough drivers so I had to wait another thirty minutes. I went and picked it up myself and had to make sure there wasn’t a delivery fee. The girl at the counter could care less. I gained $5 for my next order! I couldn’t be more grateful for such an amazing “incentive”. Trash pizza. Trash employees. Good luck if you order from here.

They have come a long way and it is usually pretty good and consistent. They have taken the large 1-topping special away for $8.99 and replaced it with a medium 1-topping for $6.99. Now they have taken that away and increased the medium 1-toppong pizza to $7.99. I’m searching other locations for better prices. And they still ask for a tip for a carryout.

Had Marcos Pizza tonight for the first time. Ordered from Tooele location. I was very surprised at how good the pizza actually was! However, I have never seen such skimpy toppings on a pizza, EVER! I ordered pepperoni, black olive, mushrooms and green olives. There was hardly any toppings on it. Pretty disappointed in that. I usually buy pizza at Papa Murphy’s, and they actually measure their toppings so you get what you are ordering and paying for. Marcos, you need to do better with this.

Marcos is great pizza and all but when it gets late and i go in i see all people on shift sitting outside with no one in store. Just vaping and doing whatever. When i come in i see people doing their jobs then what i assume shift leads doing nothing. A girl in a red jacket very often i never see do anything, is this the crew serving me my food? Otherwise its a great place 10/10.

It was my favorite pizza place when I lived in Ohio. REALLY missed it when we moved “out west”. So, when locations started opening up in Utah- I was SO excited. Will not get pizza anywhere else if there’s a Marco’s near by! YUM!

In the beginning we decided to give it a shot and it’s been our goto pizza joint ever since. I’m not sure what’s happened but just the last 5ish months its been hit and miss. Requesting no contact delivery and not getting it, paying for extra toppings and getting the regular amount, paying for extra sauce and it’s either not in the box or busted open. In fact we still have a stain by our front door from when they gave us a garlic sauce cup that was busted open inside the box and all over the pizza. It leaked through the box and left a permanent spot on our front porch. The pizza overall is good and still my first choice over any competition in town. I just wish they would pay attention to details and not let products leave the store like that.
