Again, I cannot use website to order, just goes blank. Had to call. Told them when I called that I couldn’t use the website, but they said they had nothing to do with that. Asked for pizza well done, it came cool and soft. I heated it up myself. Delivery took an hour. Seems they’re understaffed, don’t know, never been there in person. Delivery guy was nice. Just not worth the money. Also, the only salads you have are Italian w/ cheese/meat, or Ceasar? That was weird I just like garden salad. But okay. Also, when I paid over the phone I wasn’t asked about including a tip. Then I asked for a supervisor, then I was put on hold, no supervisor, then they ran my card a second time for a tip. Again, maybe short staffed, I don’t know, but not worth the money.

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I decided to order from here being that azp was closed and I ended up THROWING AWAY a whole pizza. Normally me and my daughter love pizza she wouldn’t even eat it. Don’t come here unless you want to throw away a 20$ bill in the trash

I changed my review, because they have improved a lot. They always had good food, but service was poor – extremely slow. They seem to have fixed that problem. The website can still be a pain, but great food and improved service.

Made online order. Walked in & nobody came to help me. Heard lots of laughing & horse playing in the back of the store. I can see the workers yet I wad standing at the counter for a few minutes. It wasn’t till another employee coming from the outside, who was starting to take a break is the one who helped me. The other guy who was with him gave me my food. Still had to wait for my food because they forgot an item from my order. I only ordered two things. If it wasn’t for the two guys coming into the store, I’m not sure how long I would be standing out there.

The manager, Koy, is a solid individual. My to go order was really messed up and I didn’t realize it until I got home. My husband and I returned to the store to get the pizza we were missing and they remade my order. I will be a repeat customer.

We’re new to Vail and ordered once before. Great pizza. Awesome service. We ordered tonight and our order was incorrect. They fixed it and delivered it in record time. The driver wouldn’t even accept our second tip due to their mistake. Pizza taste amazing!!
