Ordered a carry out pizza within an hour of closing, which I felt bad about because I didn’t want to be the guy holding them up from cleaning and going home. Walked in to pick it up and Will let me know that the pizza didn’t come out quite right but he would make it right and it would take another 5 minutes. He could have just not said anything and got me out the door so they could clean, but he takes pride in taking care of his customers so he took the extra time to do it. The customer service that I received from Amber was far beyond my expectation for a pizza restaurant. She definitely needs the credit she deserves . I live all the way by the Air Force Base and I will drive all the way back over here to be treated the way that I was this evening . Food was fresh , and the prices are on point. I don’t know what it is with the delivery drivers here, but I specifically asked for contactless delivery and I tip ahead of time and they still knock on the door and they do not follow the instructions. They do not leave until I open the door. I’m assuming they are looking for a tip. Is Marcos pizza not giving the delivery drivers the tip that I have pre-paid for? I have a young child that usually sleeps when I’m ordering food when I have my downtime and they still knock every time waking up my kid.

Had to go in to order because the online and app where having issues. Everyone I enter acted with was friendly and helpful. They apologized for the inconvenience. The 2 pizzas we ordered were yummy as well. Will continue to order from this location. Great customer service.

I’ve been getting Marco’s for a little over a year now. I moved from California and I couldn’t find a pizza place that I liked until I tried the thick crust from Marco’s. I order from there at least once a week. I’ve been happy with the pizza until yesterday. I got the pizza but it was hard to eat cause the crust seemed to crispy. I was going to call them back but I just ate it. Hope it was just a bad pizza day. Their service has been great always nice and helpful.

They forgot the rest of my order, only the pizza was made. One of the guys didn’t have his mask on right and it kept slipping below his mouth. Another guy didn’t have gloves and touched his face and things in the store, and I don’t know if he washed his hands or not.

I’ve ordered pizza here, always great. I love that the salads are huge, I can eat them the next day. Today I ordered an Italiano sub, rip out the bread. It was so frikn good!!!! I called the last 2 times for delivery. They said I’m not in their zone. BS!!!! Never again will I order from here

They delivered my pizza to the wrong address. When I called the store about it the manager was very rude and insisted that it was my fault because I didn’t answer door. She then told me I had to come pick my pizza up when I had already paid for delivery. They finally delivered my food and apparently they didn’t remake my food because my pizza was very cold. The driver apologized because she had indeed went to the wrong address
