I called the E. Charleston location to order pizzas for a party. They have TV ads for unlimited $6.99 Pizzas. I tried to order online and said the code was invalid. I call this location and told the guy what code and offer i was calling about. He said we can do that. I ordered 7 pizza and was given a price of $89. I questioned the price because $6.99 times 7 should not be $89. Then he says the best he can do is $79. Still not the advertised offer. He puts me on hold and says I talked to my manager and we dont honor online or corporate offers. So I cancelled my order and went somewhere else.

We ordered for the second time for delivery, and you guys don’t disappoint! The extra large pizza had fresh ingredients, and the cheese oozes when you pick up a slice of pizza! We love your homemade Italian sausage on the pizza! The delivery was fast, and our delivery guy Mike was so friendly! Definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family! Also, the Marcos loyalty program is awesome; it makes us feel like we’re valued!

Uh. The pizza was good until… I literally… it’s a super thick hair and this made me puke … it was in my mouth. No one has black hair here one dude is bald and I am blonde .. I uh… yeah this was gross man. Do you guys wear hair nets? (Edit) finally got ahold of them. Manager was super nice and they’ll make us a new one. Mistakes happen! But maybe make sure all hairs are in nets )

Went to pick up our order for my wife & I. My wife said it was to be an xL pizza & breadsticks. He got the name wrong & when I asked it it could have been this——-, he said that’s it. I asked about the breadsticks & he said none were ordered. I paid, got the receipt, & was given the wrong order with the receipt that had the wrong name & phone number on it which I noticed when I got home. My wife calls to complain & ask what can be done, she had to explain it 5x & all the guy on the other end of the phone did was laugh at her. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.
